【摘要】：動物行為分析是判定模型動物證候歸屬并理解中醫(yī)證本質(zhì)的核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。通過對現(xiàn)代動物行為學思路和方法進展的梳理與總結(jié),提出證候/病證結(jié)合動物模型行為評價中的證候表型組學概念。通過分析這一學科領(lǐng)域中的若干關(guān)鍵理論問題,提出證候表型組學技術(shù)應(yīng)用于中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的若干構(gòu)想,包括基因操縱技術(shù)的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用有望帶來學科領(lǐng)域的大發(fā)展、長時程行為監(jiān)控籠具是未來動物行為分析的可能趨勢、對動物模型行為的結(jié)構(gòu)分析有助于更好地理解證候表征的復雜內(nèi)涵,為解決動物模型的證候?qū)傩耘袆e、揭示中醫(yī)證候的復雜內(nèi)涵提供思路與方法。
[Abstract]:Animal behavior analysis is the key technology to identify the syndromes of model animals and understand the essence of TCM syndromes. By combing and summarizing the development of modern animal behavior, the syndromes phenotypic group concept of syndromes / syndromes combined with animal model behavior evaluation was put forward. Based on the analysis of some key theoretical problems in this field, this paper puts forward some ideas about the application of syndromes phenotypic techniques in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, including the application of gene manipulation technology, which is expected to bring about a great development in the subject field. Long-term behavior monitoring cage is the possible trend of animal behavior analysis in the future. The structural analysis of animal model behavior is helpful to better understand the complex connotation of syndromes, and to solve the problem of syndrome attribute discrimination of animal model. To reveal the complex connotation of TCM syndrome provides ideas and methods.
