【摘要】：去腐生肌是中醫(yī)治療創(chuàng)面的經(jīng)典理論,在臨床應(yīng)用中具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。通過對(duì)去腐生肌理論的深入研究和不斷的臨床實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),去腐生肌已作為一種理念深入存在慢性創(chuàng)面治療中。文章以"去腐生肌"理念在慢性創(chuàng)面治療的臨床實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用為例,指出遵循"去腐生肌"理念能夠更準(zhǔn)確地把握創(chuàng)面愈合規(guī)律,在不同時(shí)期針對(duì)創(chuàng)面不同的"腐"和"肌"進(jìn)行合理的處理和干預(yù),能夠更有效促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合。
[Abstract]:Derot muscle is a classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine for wound treatment, which has important guiding significance in clinical application. Through the deep research on the theory of dehumidifying muscle and the continuous clinical practice, it is found that the dehumidifying muscle has been used as an idea in the treatment of chronic wounds. Taking the idea of "dehumidifying muscle" as an example in the clinical practice of chronic wound treatment, it is pointed out that following the idea of "removing rot muscle" can more accurately grasp the law of wound healing. Reasonable treatment and intervention of different "rot" and "muscle" of wound in different period can promote wound healing more effectively.
