【摘要】：目的:觀察扁桃體實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)烙法治療慢性扁桃體炎的臨床實(shí)際療效,對其有效性、并發(fā)癥、及安全性進(jìn)行臨床客觀評價(jià)。方法:采取隨機(jī)單盲對照法進(jìn)行研究,將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者按照計(jì)算機(jī)隨機(jī)數(shù)學(xué)表法按1/1的比例分為治療組(扁桃體實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)烙法)和對照組(扁桃體表面烙法),每組30例。通過觀察對比治療前后兩組癥狀、體征、一年內(nèi)反復(fù)急性發(fā)作次數(shù)、及生活質(zhì)量評分的改善情況,同時比較兩組烙治術(shù)后疼痛時間、偽膜脫落時間及兩組烙治次數(shù)之間的差異,綜合評定兩組之間的療效。結(jié)果:兩組在治療過程中疼痛時間及偽膜脫落的時間方面差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P㧐0.05);兩組組內(nèi)對比治療前治療隨訪后癥狀積分、體征積分、一年內(nèi)急性反復(fù)發(fā)作次數(shù)、生活質(zhì)量評分具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05),治療前后有顯著差異;兩組之間相比較(P㧐0.05)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,兩組扁桃體肥大與治療次數(shù)對比觀察(P㩳0.05),在扁桃體Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°大情況下治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,治療次數(shù)和療程明顯比對照組短,具有顯著性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論:扁桃體實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)烙法治療慢性扁桃體炎臨床療效可靠、安全,可明顯減少烙治次數(shù),縮短療程,改善癥狀、體征、反復(fù)發(fā)作次數(shù)、提高患者的生活質(zhì)量水平,可做更深的研究和加以推廣治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of tonsillar intraparenchymal cauterization on chronic tonsillitis and evaluate its efficacy, complications and safety. Methods: a randomized single-blind controlled study was conducted. According to the computer random mathematical table, 60 patients were divided into treatment group (tonsil parenchymal cautery) and control group (tonsil surface cauterization, 30 cases in each group) according to the ratio of 1 / 1. By observing and comparing the improvement of symptoms, physical signs, repeated acute seizures and quality of life scores before and after treatment, the differences of pain time, pseudomembranous falling off time and the times of cauterization between the two groups were compared at the same time. Comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of pain and pseudomembrane falling off in the course of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the time of pain and pseudomembrane falling off, the scores of symptoms and signs, the times of acute recurrent attacks within one year were compared between the two groups. The scores of quality of life (QOL) were statistically significant (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.
