【摘要】：目的總結(jié)針刺治療腦卒中后吞咽障礙的取穴規(guī)律。方法檢索相關期刊論文2012年1月至2016年12月針刺治療腦卒中后吞咽障礙臨床隨機對照試驗研究,提取處方穴位建立針刺治療腦卒中后吞咽障礙文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫,并分別對納入穴位進行使用頻數(shù)、高頻穴位聚類分析及穴位組合關聯(lián)規(guī)則分析。結(jié)果共納入處方105首,穴位83個。單穴位使用頻數(shù)位于前3位的分別為廉泉(71)、風池(66)、金津(48)、玉液(48)。對出現(xiàn)頻數(shù)≥5的穴位進行樣本聚類,結(jié)果顯示針刺治療腦卒中后吞咽障礙處方穴位聚為四類較好。兩穴位關聯(lián)規(guī)則支持度位于前3位的分別為金津玉液(45.71%)、玉液金津(45.71%),風池翳風(32.38%),風池完骨(19.05%)、翳風完骨(19.05%);三穴位關聯(lián)規(guī)則支持度位于前3位的分別為金津玉液廉泉(35.24%)、玉液金津廉泉(35.24%),金津玉液風池(32.38%)、玉液金津風池(32.38%)、廉泉玉液風池(32.38%)、廉泉金津風池(32.38%),風池翳風廉泉(22.86%);四穴位關聯(lián)規(guī)則支持度位于前3位的分別為廉泉玉液金津風池(32.38%),金津玉液廉泉風池(27.62%)、玉液金津廉泉風池(27.62%),廉泉翳風玉液金津(16.19%)、風池翳風玉液金津(16.19%)。結(jié)論針刺治療腦卒中后吞咽障礙選穴主要體現(xiàn)穴位近治作用,廉泉穴為核心穴位,金津、玉液,金津、玉液、廉泉,金津、玉液、廉泉、風池等為常用穴位組合。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the rule of acupoint extraction in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods A randomized controlled trial study on acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke was conducted from January 2012 to December 2016 in China Journal Full-Text Database. A database of literature on acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke was established by extracting prescription points. The frequency of use, the cluster analysis of high frequency acupoints and the association rules of acupoints combination were carried out respectively. Results 105 prescriptions and 83 acupoints were included. The frequency of single acupoint use in the top 3 are Lianquan 71g, Fengchi 666, Jinjin 48, Jade liquid 48.
