【摘要】：近年來,有關(guān)針灸作用于腧穴后對皮膚局部免疫影響的相關(guān)研究正受到越來越多的關(guān)注,其機(jī)理也在不斷的深入。針灸作為最具特色的傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)療法,施治的首要步驟就是與局部皮膚作用。文章擬通過分析中醫(yī)皮部理論與皮膚免疫理論在對機(jī)體免疫功能調(diào)節(jié)方面的相關(guān)性,探討針灸對皮膚局部免疫細(xì)胞和分子的作用及其機(jī)制,為今后深入認(rèn)識針灸通過皮膚免疫啟動機(jī)體整體調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制等提供思考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on local immunity of skin. Acupuncture and moxibustion as the most characteristic traditional Chinese medicine therapy, the first step of the treatment is with the local skin. By analyzing the correlation between skin theory and skin immunity theory of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating the immune function of the body, this paper aims to explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on local immune cells and molecules of skin and its mechanism. It provides some thoughts and references for further understanding the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion through skin immunity to initiate the whole regulation of organism.
