【摘要】：隨著復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論和科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法的不斷應(yīng)用,證候的規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及分級量化是時(shí)勢所需,它已經(jīng)成為影響中醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的重大科學(xué)問題。證候的分級量化診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定越來越規(guī)范化,不僅可以滿足現(xiàn)代臨床研究、療效評價(jià)及預(yù)后判斷等方面的實(shí)際需求,而且能為中醫(yī)藥與西醫(yī)學(xué)及其他科學(xué)交流與合作提供廣闊的發(fā)展道路。文章試從中醫(yī)證候分級量化診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法分別進(jìn)行闡述,提出目前中醫(yī)證候分級量化診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中存在的問題并做出展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous application of complex system theory and scientific statistical methods, the standardization, standardization and hierarchical quantification of syndromes are needed in the time, which has become an important scientific problem affecting the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The establishment of classification and quantification diagnostic criteria for syndromes is becoming more and more standardized, which can not only meet the actual needs of modern clinical research, evaluation of curative effect and prognosis, etc. And can provide a broad development path for Chinese medicine and Western medicine and other scientific exchanges and cooperation. In this paper, the contents and methods of quantitative diagnosis criteria for TCM syndromes classification are discussed, and the existing problems in the criteria of TCM syndromes classification quantification diagnosis are put forward and prospected.
