【摘要】：目的:研究抑肝扶脾滲濕法治療直腸癌低位前切除綜合征的臨床顯著療效。方法:將滿足病例納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的61例直腸癌低位前切除綜合征患者,隨機(jī)分為口服具有抑肝扶脾滲濕功效的痛瀉要方合參苓白術(shù)散加減中藥顆粒(觀察組)、口服西藥鹽酸洛哌丁胺膠囊組(對照組),兩組分別服藥30天后停藥。兩組患者經(jīng)治療后,觀察各項(xiàng)指標(biāo):1、肛門功能指標(biāo):包括記錄患者排便次數(shù)、排便時間、肛門控制力、排便功能感覺、便意;2、中醫(yī)主要癥狀:食少納呆、大便質(zhì)地、腹脹腹痛、焦慮抑郁、噯氣頻率;3、肛管直腸測壓指標(biāo):肛管靜息壓、肛管最大收縮壓、肛管最大收縮時間、直腸感覺閾值。結(jié)果:臨床研究表明:經(jīng)治療30天停藥后,觀察組與對照組在肛門功能評價指標(biāo)、中醫(yī)主要癥狀、肛門測壓指標(biāo)等療效方面比較,口服中藥組(觀察組)優(yōu)于西醫(yī)對癥治療組(對照組),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:口服具有抑肝扶脾滲濕功效中藥能有效改善直腸癌低位前切除綜合征患者的臨床癥狀及體征,能暢情志、健脾胃、助運(yùn)化、實(shí)大便,改善患者肛門功能,提高患者的生活質(zhì)量,充分發(fā)揮了祖國國粹中醫(yī)的臨床魅力,體現(xiàn)了其辨證論治的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of inhibiting liver and nourishing spleen and infiltrating dampness in the treatment of low anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer. Methods: 61 patients with low anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups: Tongxie Yao Fang and Shenling Baizhu Powder with the effect of inhibiting liver and spleen dampness (observation group) and western medicine loperamine hydrochloride capsule group (control group). After treatment, the patients in the two groups were observed the indexes: 1, anus function index: including recording the defecation times, defecation time, anal control power, defecation function feeling, the main symptoms of TCM: food intake, defecation texture, abdominal distention pain, Anxiety and depression, belching frequency, anorectal manometry index: anal resting pressure, anal maximum contraction time, rectal sensory threshold. Results: the clinical study showed that after 30 days of treatment, the efficacy of the observation group and the control group in the evaluation of anal function, the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the anus manometry were compared. Oral Chinese medicine group (observation group) was better than western medicine treatment group (control group), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with low anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer, improve mood, strengthen spleen and stomach, help to transport, improve the anal function of patients with rectal cancer, and improve the anal function of patients with rectal cancer. Improve the quality of life of patients, give full play to the clinical charm of traditional Chinese medicine, reflect the superiority of syndrome differentiation.
