【摘要】：目的探究祛瘀通經(jīng)方對前列腺炎不育癥患者癥狀評分、血清瘦素與精漿生化指標的影響。方法隨機數(shù)字表法將232例慢性前列腺炎不育癥患者分成研究組和對照組各116例。兩組患者均予以常規(guī)西藥治療(左氧氟沙星+鋅硒寶片);研究組在上述基礎(chǔ)上加用自擬中藥方祛瘀通經(jīng)方。比較其治療前后癥狀評分[慢性前列腺炎癥狀評分量表(NIHCPSI)]評估結(jié)果及血清瘦素(Lep)、精漿生化指標(果糖、精漿彈性硬蛋白酶)、精子質(zhì)量[精子(a+b)級活動力、精子畸形率、精子密度、精子成活率]檢測結(jié)果,記錄兩組患者配偶治療后1年內(nèi)成功妊娠率。結(jié)果治療12周后,兩組NIHCPSI評估結(jié)果、血清Lep水平、精漿彈性硬蛋白酶檢測結(jié)果及精子畸形率均較治療前顯著降低,且研究組對照組(P均0.05);精漿果糖及部分精子質(zhì)量指標[精子(a+b)級活動力、精子密度、精子成活率〗檢測結(jié)果則較治療前顯著升高,且研究組對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。治療后1年內(nèi),研究組患者配偶成功妊娠率為41.82%(46/110),明顯高于對照組的28.04%(30/107),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論祛瘀通經(jīng)方聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療能有效促進慢性前列腺炎不育癥患者病情轉(zhuǎn)歸,于其預(yù)后恢復(fù)有利。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Quyu Tongjing recipe on symptom score, serum leptin and seminal plasma biochemical index in patients with prostatitis infertility. Methods 232 patients with chronic prostatitis infertility were randomly divided into study group and control group. The two groups were treated with routine western medicine (levofloxacin zincselenite tablet) and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription Quyu Tongjing prescription on the basis of above mentioned. To compare the evaluation results of symptom score [chronic prostatitis symptom scale] before and after treatment, serum leptin, seminal plasma biochemical indexes (fructose, seminal plasma elastoprotease), sperm quality (sperm motility), sperm deformity rate. The results of sperm density and sperm survival rate were used to record the successful pregnancy rate within 1 year after treatment. Results after 12 weeks of treatment, the results of NIHCPSI evaluation, serum Lep level, seminal plasma elastase test and sperm abnormality rate in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The results of seminal plasma fructose and some sperm quality indexes (sperm motility, sperm density, sperm survival rate) in the study group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Within one year after treatment, the successful pregnancy rate of spouses in the study group was 41.82% and 46.1 / 110%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (28.04 / 30 / 107), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Quyu Tongjing prescription combined with routine western medicine can effectively promote the prognosis of patients with chronic prostatitis infertility.
