【摘要】：丹波元堅(jiān)(1795~1857),亦稱多紀(jì)元堅(jiān),為江戶后期漢方醫(yī)學(xué)考證派代表人物之一。他一生主要致力于整理古醫(yī)籍、考證醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn),為中醫(yī)古籍的傳承和保護(hù)做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)�！峨s病廣要》由日本丹波元堅(jiān)所著,成書于日本安政三年(1856),因感于雜病之難治甚于傷寒,于是作者引用大量醫(yī)籍編纂這部著作。元堅(jiān)早年師從其父丹波元簡(jiǎn),得父心傳,醫(yī)技精湛。后來接手醫(yī)學(xué)館的整理與校對(duì)工作,得益于醫(yī)館眾多藏書及弟子門人,國家注重醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展,都為《雜病廣要》的成書提供了有利的條件。本書引用醫(yī)籍廣泛,在當(dāng)時(shí)流傳甚廣。本書引諸家之說而成,用引文來論述雜病,引用了自漢代至明清各科各家的醫(yī)書,部分引用醫(yī)書現(xiàn)已亡佚,能為我們?cè)谘芯看祟愥t(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)時(shí)提供了參考依據(jù)。本文通過對(duì)《雜病廣要》所引醫(yī)籍的分科研究,歸納出本書的主要內(nèi)容和學(xué)術(shù)特色;通過對(duì)作者及其家族進(jìn)行考據(jù),梳理出丹波家族的發(fā)展歷史及在醫(yī)學(xué)上的巨大貢獻(xiàn);通過對(duì)《雜病廣要》的按語進(jìn)行分類,揭示了作者深厚的文獻(xiàn)功底及高超的醫(yī)技。
[Abstract]:Dan Bo Yuan Jian 1795, 1857, also called multi-epoch Jian, is one of the representative figures of Han Fang Medical textual Research School in the late Edo period. Throughout his life, he devoted himself to sorting out ancient medical books, verifying medical documents, and making great contributions to the inheritance and protection of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine. The book was written in Japan for three years, 1856, because it is more difficult than typhoid, so the author cited a large number of medical books to compile the book. Yuan Jian's early years from his father Dan Bo Yuan Jane, father heart, superb medical skills. Later, he took over the collation and proofreading of the medical museum, which benefited from the large collection of books and disciples, and paid attention to the development of medicine, all of which provided favorable conditions for the completion of the book. This book cited a wide range of medical books, which were widely circulated at that time. This book is based on the theories of various scholars. It uses citations to discuss miscellaneous diseases, and cites medical books from Han Dynasty to Ming and Qing dynasties, some of which are now dead and lost, which can provide a reference for us to study such medical documents. In this paper, the main contents and academic characteristics of this book are summed up through the research on the medical books cited in the book, the author and his family are studied, and the development history and great contribution of the Danbo family in medicine are sorted out. Based on the classification of the notes of "extensive miscellaneous diseases", this paper reveals the author's profound literature knowledge and excellent medical skills.
