【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)熱敏灸療法與傳統(tǒng)灸對(duì)比治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效差異,為熱敏灸療法的推廣及膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療方法的選擇提供依據(jù)。方法檢索CNKI、CBM、WF、VIP、Pubmed、Medline、Cochrane Library和Embase等國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),篩選熱敏灸與傳統(tǒng)灸對(duì)比治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),并使用Revman 5.3軟件進(jìn)行meta分析。結(jié)果本研究納入7個(gè)隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)共計(jì)596名患者。Meta分析提示,患者經(jīng)過(guò)熱敏灸治療后,VAS積分明顯降低(P0.05),患者膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹、僵硬得到有效緩解,步行能力明顯提高(P0.05),且膝關(guān)節(jié)功能得到較好改善(P0.05)。熱敏灸療法相比傳統(tǒng)灸法具有更好的短期治愈率(P0.05),在降低VAS積分、緩解臨床癥狀、恢復(fù)膝關(guān)節(jié)功能等方面,更具優(yōu)勢(shì)(P0.05)。結(jié)論熱敏灸療法是一種有效緩解膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎癥狀,改善患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能的方法,值得推廣。同時(shí)該研究結(jié)果還需更多大樣本多中心隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)予以佐證。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the difference of therapeutic effect between traditional moxibustion and thermosensitive moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis, and to provide evidence for the popularization of thermosensitive moxibustion and the selection of treatment methods for osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods to search the databases of Library and Embase in CNKI Library and Embase, and to screen the randomized controlled trial of heat sensitive moxibustion and traditional moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The meta analysis was carried out with Revman 5.3 software. Results A total of 596 patients were enrolled in 7 randomized controlled trials. Meta-analysis showed that after heat sensitive moxibustion treatment, the VAS score of the patients decreased significantly, and the knee swelling and stiffness of the patients were effectively alleviated. The ability of walking was improved obviously (P 0.05) and the function of knee joint was improved (P 0.05). Compared with traditional moxibustion, thermosensitive moxibustion has a better short-term cure rate (P 0.05). It has more advantages in reducing VAS score, relieving clinical symptoms and restoring knee joint function. Conclusion Thermosensitive moxibustion is an effective method to relieve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and improve the function of knee joint. At the same time, the results of the study need to be supported by a large sample of multicenter randomized controlled trials.
