【摘要】：目的:研究菝葜婦炎泡騰栓是否有止癢、生肌祛腐及收斂止血的作用,從而客觀評(píng)價(jià)其止癢、祛腐生肌、收斂止血的功效。方法:以菝葜婦炎泡騰栓3種不同劑量用雌性豚鼠與小鼠造模,通過(guò)止癢、促進(jìn)創(chuàng)口愈合、促進(jìn)燙傷潰瘍愈合及止血試驗(yàn)來(lái)客觀評(píng)價(jià)其藥效學(xué)的治療作用。結(jié)果:菝葜婦炎泡騰栓111.6、55.8mg生藥/kg劑量均具有顯著止癢作用,可使引起豚鼠瘙癢的磷酸組織胺總用量(致癢閾)顯著增加;223.3mg生藥/kg劑量具有顯著促進(jìn)傷口愈合作用,降低創(chuàng)口損傷程度等級(jí);111.6、55.8mg生藥/kg劑量均具有顯著促進(jìn)燙傷潰瘍面愈合作用,使?fàn)C傷潰瘍面痊愈時(shí)間分別縮短17.32%和15.64%;223.3、111.6、55.8mg生藥/kg 3種劑量均可使小鼠的凝血時(shí)間分別縮短40.78%、30.87%和24.27%,這種止血作用對(duì)陰道炎的陰道壁黏膜出血,以及宮頸糜爛時(shí)所引起的出血癥狀均可發(fā)揮治療作用。結(jié)論:菝葜婦炎泡騰栓有顯著的止癢生肌收斂止血作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of Smilax china phlogistic effervescent suppository (Smilax china) on relieving itching, removing rot and astringent bleeding, so as to evaluate objectively its effect of stopping itching, removing rot and growing muscle and astringent hemostasis. Methods: three different dosages of Smilax china luteus effervescent suppository were used to model female guinea pigs and mice. The pharmacodynamics of Smilax china simplex suppository was evaluated objectively by relieving itching, promoting wound healing, promoting the healing of scalded ulcer and hemostatic test. Results: Smilax china lactin effervescent suppository (111.6 mg / kg) had a significant antipruritic effect, and the total dose of histamine phosphate (itching threshold), which caused itching in guinea pigs, was significantly increased by 223.3 mg / kg of crude drug / kg, which could significantly promote wound healing. The reduction of wound injury grade (111.6 mg / kg) could significantly promote the healing of scalded ulcer surface, and the dose of 111.6 mg / kg could significantly promote the healing of scalded ulcer. The healing time of scalded ulcer surface was shortened by 17.32% and 15.64 mg / kg, respectively. The coagulation time of mice was reduced by 40.78% and 24.27%, respectively. The hemostatic effect on vaginal wall mucous membrane bleeding of vaginitis could be reduced by 40.78% and 24.27%, respectively. And cervical erosion caused by bleeding symptoms can play a therapeutic role. Conclusion: Smilax china rhinitis effervescent suppository has the effect of stopping itching muscle convergence and hemostasis.
