【摘要】：目的:研究阻斷足三里穴對訓練大鼠IL-2功能的影響。方法:將60只大鼠隨機分為質(zhì)粒組、陰性對照組、生理鹽水組和空白組4組,并建立運動模型,對于質(zhì)粒組大鼠足三里穴加壓注射干擾質(zhì)粒,20μg,陰性對照組大鼠足三里穴注射陰性對照質(zhì)粒,每穴20μg;生理鹽水組大鼠足三里穴注射生理鹽水20μL;1天2次,連續(xù)注射14 d,并檢測其淋巴細胞增值反應、IL-2的濃度等免疫學指標。結(jié)果:質(zhì)粒組大鼠的淋巴細胞反應明顯降低,質(zhì)粒組(0.409±0.031)與陰性對照組(0.578±0.054)、生理鹽水組(0.538±0.023)、空白組(0.552±0.042)相比較,差異均有顯著性(P0.05)。質(zhì)粒組大鼠的IL-2濃度明顯減少,質(zhì)粒組(424.12±85.36)與陰性對照組(594.12±74.17)、生理鹽水組(589.30±77.15)、空白組(578.30±87.25)相比較,差異均有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)穴阻斷可以降低訓練大鼠的免疫功能,Cx43基因是經(jīng)絡活動的關鍵因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of blocking Zusanli (Zusanli) on IL-2 function in training rats. Methods: sixty rats were randomly divided into four groups: plasmid group, negative control group, normal saline group and blank group. For the rats in the plasmid group, 20 渭 g of interference plasmid was injected under pressure at Zusanli point, 20 渭 g of each point in the negative control group was injected into Zusanli point of the negative control group, and 20 渭 L of normal saline was injected twice a day at Zusanli point of rats in the saline group. After 14 days of continuous injection, the immunological indexes such as the concentration of IL-2 in lymphocyte proliferation reaction were measured. Results: the lymphocyte reaction of the plasmid group was significantly lower than that of the negative control group (0.409 鹵0.031), the negative control group (0.578 鹵0.054), the saline group (0.538 鹵0.023) and the blank group (0.552 鹵0.042). The concentration of IL-2 in plasmid group (424.12 鹵85.36) was significantly lower than that in negative control group (594.12 鹵74.17), normal saline group (589.30 鹵77.15) and blank group (578.30 鹵87.25). Conclusion: the blocking of meridian points can reduce the immune function of training rats, Cx43 gene is one of the key factors of meridian activity.
