【摘要】：目的:觀察失眠穴方合臍內(nèi)環(huán)穴針刺對痰熱擾心型失眠的臨床療效和對PSQI量表的影響,為臨床治療失眠提供有效的治療方法和必要的臨床依據(jù)。方法:將72例符合納入病例觀察標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的失眠患者,以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法按就診時間分配至治療組和對照組中,每組36例,治療組予失眠穴方合臍內(nèi)環(huán)穴針刺治療,對照組予安定片口服治療。采用治療前后自身對照和治療后組間比較方法,觀察其對匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(PSQI)評定量表及臨床療效的影響,1個療程結(jié)束后,經(jīng)中止脫落篩選,每組得到30例,進(jìn)行臨床療效評價。結(jié)果:(1)療效評估:對照組痊愈2例,顯效14例,有效4例,無效10例,總有效率66.67%;治療組痊愈10例,顯效9例,有效7例,無效4例,總有效率86.67%;兩組療效差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組。(2)療效性指標(biāo)評估:(1)PSQI總分:治療前,兩組PSQI總分均無明顯差異(P0.05),治療后差異顯著(P0.01)且兩組PSQI總分與自身治療前比較,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)各因子積分:治療前,兩組的各項指標(biāo)評分無明顯差異(P0.05),治療后,各組的各項指標(biāo)評分與自身治療前對比,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01或P0.05),此外,治療組在睡眠質(zhì)量評分、睡眠效率評分、日間功能評分方面均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:失眠穴方合臍內(nèi)環(huán)穴針刺在匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(PSQI)評定量表評分及臨床療效評分方面均優(yōu)于安定治療方法,提示失眠穴方合臍內(nèi)環(huán)穴針刺可有效改善失眠患者的睡眠狀況,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect and the effect on PSQI scale of insomnia of phlegm heat disturbing heart type with the combination of insomnia point prescription and navel inner ring point acupuncture, and to provide effective treatment method and necessary clinical basis for clinical treatment of insomnia. Methods: Seventy-two patients with insomnia were divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases) by random number table according to the time of treatment. The treatment group was treated with insomnia acupoint prescription and navel inner ring point acupuncture, and the control group was divided into two groups: the control group (n = 36) and the control group (n = 36). The control group was treated with diazepam tablets orally. The effects of PSQI on Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) rating scale and clinical efficacy were observed by self-control before and after treatment. After one course of treatment, 30 cases were obtained in each group after one course of treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: in the control group, 2 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective, 4 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 66.67 cases, 10 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective in the treatment group. The total effective rate was 86.67. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the total score of PSQI between the two groups (P 0.05), but the difference after treatment was significant (P 0.01). The total score of PSQI in the two groups was statistically significant compared with that before self treatment (P 0.05. 0. 2) the scores of each index were not significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05). The scores of each index in each group were significantly different from those before treatment (P 0.01 or P 0.05). In addition, the scores of sleep quality, sleep efficiency and daytime function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the score of PSQI rating scale and clinical curative effect of insomnia point prescription combined with navel internal ring acupuncture are better than that of diazepam treatment in Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) rating scale. The results suggest that the combination of insomnia acupoints and navel inner ring acupuncture can effectively improve the sleep status of insomnia patients, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
