【摘要】：研究目的:1.總結(jié)紀(jì)青山教授治療面癱疾病的經(jīng)驗;2.總結(jié)紀(jì)青山教授的主要學(xué)術(shù)思想。研究方法:1.利用全國名老中醫(yī)傳承工作室系統(tǒng)采集病例,運用EXCEl軟件進(jìn)行分析,選取出現(xiàn)頻次最多的兩種疾病進(jìn)行具體分析,總結(jié)出學(xué)術(shù)思想及臨證經(jīng)驗。2.全面收集整理紀(jì)青山教授的論文、著作及病例等資料,采用定性深度訪談的研究方法,總結(jié)紀(jì)青山教授的學(xué)術(shù)思想。結(jié)果:總結(jié)紀(jì)青山教授治療面癱的臨床經(jīng)驗;總結(jié)紀(jì)青山教授學(xué)術(shù)思想:求因辯證,尤重經(jīng)絡(luò);選穴理方,善用五輸;針刺之法,多針淺刺;治神守神,針刺得氣;經(jīng)絡(luò)平衡,整體調(diào)節(jié);腰突之癥,通督止痛;三才針法,降逆止嘔;疏泄厥陰,外吹乳癰;郄募配穴,急癥胃痛;脾胃論治,小兒遺尿。紀(jì)青山教授豐富深厚的學(xué)術(shù)思想尚需進(jìn)一步的整理研究并逐步完善。結(jié)語:通過系統(tǒng)的整理紀(jì)青山教授的學(xué)術(shù)思想,將其學(xué)術(shù)思想傳承下去,為中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1. Summing up Professor Ji Qingshan's experience in treating facial paralysis. Summarize the main academic thoughts of Professor Ji Qingshan. Research method: 1. Using the traditional Chinese medicine system to collect cases, using EXCEl software to analyze, select the most frequent two diseases for specific analysis, summed up the academic ideas and clinical experience. 2. Comprehensive collection and collation of the papers, works and cases of Professor Ji Qingshan, using the qualitative in-depth interview research method, summed up the academic thoughts of Professor Ji Qingshan. Results: summarizing the clinical experience of Professor Ji Qingshan in the treatment of facial paralysis, summarizing the academic thoughts of Professor Ji Qingshan: seeking cause dialectical, paying special attention to meridian and collaterals; selecting the prescription of acupoint management, making good use of the five defeats; needling the method of acupuncture, multiple shallow needling; treating the spirit, keeping the spirit, needling qi; balancing meridian and collaterals, Overall regulation; Lumbar process syndrome, Tongdu pain relief; three Acupuncture method, anti-nausea; dredging Jueyin, outside blowing milk carbuncle; Xifuqi points, urgent stomach pain; spleen and stomach treatment, infantile enuresis. Professor Ji Qingshan's rich and profound academic thoughts need to be further studied and gradually improved. Conclusion: through systematic collation of Professor Ji Qingshan's academic thought, its academic thought is passed on, and it contributes to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
