【摘要】："治未病"思想是中醫(yī)學(xué)在目前健康服務(wù)業(yè)市場(chǎng)背景下充分發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì)與魅力的核心之一,亟需制定"治未病"相關(guān)的行業(yè)指南與操作規(guī)范。如何合理界定未病狀態(tài)下研究?jī)?nèi)容的定義、判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、干預(yù)效果評(píng)定、干預(yù)方法選擇及推薦順序和強(qiáng)弱及指南編寫時(shí)的用詞用語(yǔ)等,是指南制定的難點(diǎn)與重點(diǎn)。提出治未病指南的編制思路是以切斷病因?yàn)橹?以病后調(diào)養(yǎng)為輔;以主動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)為主,以被動(dòng)干預(yù)為輔;以物理干預(yù)為主,以化學(xué)干預(yù)為輔。指南編制應(yīng)結(jié)合醫(yī)籍文獻(xiàn)、專家經(jīng)驗(yàn)與共識(shí)等相關(guān)證據(jù),在科學(xué)應(yīng)用循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,充分體現(xiàn)中醫(yī)治未病與辨證論治特色。
[Abstract]:The idea of "cure without disease" is one of the core of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to give full play to its advantages and charm under the background of the current market of health service industry. How to reasonably define the content of the research under the condition of not being ill, judge the standard, evaluate the effect of intervention, choose the intervention method, recommend the order of the intervention, the strong or weak, and the words used in the compilation of the guide are the difficulties and emphases of the guide. It is suggested that the compilation of guidelines for the prevention and treatment of diseases should be based on cutting off the cause of disease, supplemented by recuperation after illness, mainly by active regulation, assisted by passive intervention, mainly by physical intervention and by chemical intervention. The compilation of the guide should be combined with relevant evidence such as medical literature, expert experience and consensus, and on the basis of the scientific application of evidence-based medicine evidence evaluation methods, it should fully reflect the characteristics of TCM treatment without disease and syndrome differentiation and treatment.
