【摘要】：濕疹是由多種內(nèi)外因素引起的一種具有明顯滲出傾向的皮膚炎癥反應(yīng),屬于中醫(yī)"濕瘡""浸淫瘡"范疇,病因多歸為濕邪、熱邪、風(fēng)邪等,病機多責(zé)于脾失健運、濕熱內(nèi)生。從心論治濕疹的思想源于《素問·至真要大論》中"諸痛癢瘡,皆屬于心"的記載,"主血脈""主心神"是心的重要功能,從心論治濕疹需從"血"與"神"兩方面探討。對于濕疹的治療重視脾的同時還要兼顧"心",以清瀉心火、調(diào)養(yǎng)心神、濡養(yǎng)血脈為方法,重視心理精神因素的作用,以達(dá)到促進(jìn)療效、提高患者生活質(zhì)量的目的。
[Abstract]:Eczema is a skin inflammatory reaction with obvious exudation tendency caused by many internal and external factors. It belongs to the category of "wet sores" and "soaking sores" in traditional Chinese medicine. The etiology is mostly classified as dampness evil, heat evil, wind evil, etc. The thought of treating eczema from the heart originated from the record of "all pain and itch sore, belong to the heart" in the book "on the essence to the truth". The "main blood vessel", "the master heart mind" is the important function of the heart, and the treatment of eczema from the heart should be discussed from the two aspects of "blood" and "spirit". For the treatment of eczema, attention should be paid to the spleen and "heart", to clear away the heart and fire, to nourish the heart and mind, to nourish the blood vessels, and to attach importance to the role of psychological and spiritual factors in order to promote the curative effect and improve the quality of life of the patients.
