【摘要】：原發(fā)性纖毛運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙是由纖毛結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷引起的多發(fā)性異常遺傳病,屬于臨床罕見(jiàn)、疑難疾病。張偉老師認(rèn)為本病因先天稟賦不足,肺腎虧虛,氣運(yùn)失司,布津不利,津聚為痰,痰凝化熱導(dǎo)致,臨床治療以清熱化痰、健脾養(yǎng)陰固本為法,獲得良好療效。介紹張老師臨床治療本病的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及臨床典型病案,以期對(duì)本病的辨治有所啟示。
[Abstract]:Primary ciliate dyskinesia is a multiple abnormal hereditary disease caused by cilium structural defect, which is a rare and difficult disease in clinic. Teacher Zhang Wei believed that the cause of the disease was insufficient innate endowment, deficiency of lung and kidney, deficiency of Qi, loss of Qi, unfavorable of Bujin, accumulation of phlegm, phlegm condensation and heat reduction. The clinical treatment was based on clearing heat and resolving phlegm and strengthening spleen and nourishing yin. This paper introduces teacher Zhang's experience in clinical treatment of this disease and his typical clinical records in order to enlighten the differentiation and treatment of this disease.
