【摘要】：目的:探討中醫(yī)不寐五神分型中心不藏神型與腎不藏志型多導(dǎo)睡眠圖睡眠相關(guān)參數(shù)是否存在差異性及規(guī)律性,進(jìn)一步充實(shí)中醫(yī)不寐五神分型法的客觀證據(jù)。方法:病例組來(lái)自新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬中醫(yī)醫(yī)院神志科2014年11月至2016年07月期間住院診斷為失眠癥的患者中,按照中醫(yī)不寐五神分型標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選取心不藏神型45例,腎不藏志型45例;正常對(duì)照組45例來(lái)自同期附屬中醫(yī)醫(yī)院體檢中心及門診志愿者且身心健康無(wú)睡眠障礙。對(duì)135例研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行多導(dǎo)睡眠圖監(jiān)測(cè)并采集睡眠相關(guān)參數(shù),分析比較心不藏神型、腎不藏志型及正常對(duì)照組睡眠相關(guān)參數(shù)是否存在差異性及規(guī)律性。結(jié)果:1.中醫(yī)不寐五神分型中心不藏神型與腎不藏志型睡眠結(jié)構(gòu)、睡眠進(jìn)程與正常對(duì)照組比較均發(fā)生改變。2.中醫(yī)不寐五神分型中心不藏神型與腎不藏志型之間總睡眠時(shí)間、睡眠效率無(wú)明顯差異;睡眠潛伏期心不藏神型大于腎不藏志型,而WT與WT%心不藏神型小于腎不藏志型;兩型之間N1、N1%、N2、N3、N3%、NREM及淺睡眠時(shí)間無(wú)明顯差異,NREM%、N2%、及淺睡眠占總睡眠時(shí)間的百分比心不藏神型小于腎不藏志型,而REM及REM%心不藏神型大于腎不藏志型。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)不寐五神分型中心不藏神型與腎不藏志型睡眠相關(guān)參數(shù)存在顯著差異性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the difference and regularity of sleep related parameters in sleep patterns of the patients with insomnia in TCM, and to further substantiate the objective evidence of the classification method of the five spirits of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: from November 2014 to July 2016, 45 patients with insomnia were selected from Department of mind of affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University, according to the classification standard of five gods of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine. The normal control group of 45 cases came from physical examination center and outpatient clinic of affiliated Chinese medicine hospital and had no sleep disorder. The polysomnography was used to monitor the sleep parameters of 135 subjects and to compare the difference and regularity of sleep related parameters between the type of heart and mind, the type of kidney and the control group. The result is 1: 1. The sleep structure of the patients with insomnia in the center of the syndrome of the five spirits of traditional Chinese medicine was different from that of the normal control group, and the sleep process of the patients with insomnia was different from that of the normal control group. There was no significant difference in total sleep time and sleep efficiency between the type of syndrome of five spirits of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine, the type of non-reserving spirit of heart and the type of not reserving records of kidney, the type of sleep latency was larger than the type of not reserving the spirit of kidney, while the type of WT and WT% was smaller than the type of not reserving the spirit of kidney. There was no significant difference in NREM and light sleep time between the two types. The percentage of light sleep in the total sleep time was lower in the type of heart not reserving spirit than that in type of kidney, while the type of REM and REM% of heart did not hide spirit was larger than that of type of kidney without record. Conclusion: there are significant differences in sleep related parameters between the type of syndrome of five spirits of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine and the type of kidney.
