【摘要】：目的觀察腹部按摩對單純性肥大鼠Lee's指數(shù)變化、脂代謝及下丘腦中神經(jīng)肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)表達(dá)的影響,探討推拿治療單純性肥胖的作用機制。方法采用高脂飲食喂養(yǎng)誘導(dǎo)的方法建立單純性肥胖大鼠模型,篩選出造模成功的肥胖大鼠,隨機分為治療組、模型組,另設(shè)置正常組進行對照。治療組大鼠腹部推拿按摩治療,6周后,觀察大鼠Lee's指數(shù)的變化;生化法檢測甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、總膽固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)含量;免疫組化法檢測下丘腦神經(jīng)肽Y(NPY)含量。結(jié)果模型組大鼠Lee's指數(shù),血清中TG、LDL-C水平,下丘腦NPY含量較正常大鼠顯著升高(P0.05,P0.01),血清中HDL-C水平較正常組顯著降低(P0.05);治療組大鼠Lee's指數(shù)、血清中LDL-C及下丘腦NPY含量下降,均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01);對血清中TG含量有下調(diào)作用、對HDL-C含量有上調(diào)作用,但統(tǒng)計結(jié)果無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論按摩對單純性肥胖病癥有顯著的治療作用,其可能的機制與按摩治療能夠降低下丘腦中NPY表達(dá)水平有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of abdominal massage on the changes of Lee's index, lipid metabolism and the expression of neuropeptide Y(neuropeptide YNPY in hypothalamus of simple mast rats, and to explore the mechanism of massage in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods A simple obese rat model was established by high-fat diet. The obese rats were selected and randomly divided into treatment group, model group and control group. After 6 weeks of abdominal massage treatment, the changes of Lee's index were observed in rats of the treatment group, and the contents of triglyceride TGG, total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected by biochemical method. The content of hypothalamic neuropeptide YPNPY was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results the Lee's index, serum TG-LDL-C, hypothalamic NPY and HDL-C in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group, while the HDL-C level in the serum was significantly lower than that in the normal group, while the Lee's index, LDL-C and NPY in the hypothalamus were decreased in the treatment group. All of them had statistical significance (P0.05 or P0.01C), and had down-regulating effect on serum TG content and up-regulation on HDL-C content, but the statistical results had no statistical significance (P0.05A). Conclusion Massage has a significant therapeutic effect on simple obesity, and its possible mechanism is related to the decrease of NPY expression in hypothalamus.
