【摘要】：目的觀察紫河車免煎顆粒(紫河車)對子宮內(nèi)膜容受性以及胚胎結(jié)局的影響。方法將符合腎氣虛型的90例不孕患者隨機分為對照組和紫河車組(治療組),觀察兩組的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、形態(tài)、血流、取卵數(shù)、受精數(shù)、發(fā)育胚胎數(shù)、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù)、妊娠率、著床率、流產(chǎn)率。結(jié)果兩組患者在血流、發(fā)育胚胎數(shù)、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù)上有顯著差異(P0.05)。對照組10例以及治療組14例達到鮮胚移植標準;對照組人體絨膜促性腺激素(HCG)陽性人數(shù)4例,低于治療組6例;對照組臨床妊娠人數(shù)3例,治療組6例;對照組種植率4例,治療組9例。差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論紫河車免煎顆�？梢愿纳茰睾痛碳し桨赶麓倥怕阎芷谧訉m內(nèi)膜容受性及優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù),顯示出增加臨床妊娠率的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Ziheqian granule on endometrial receptivity and embryo outcome. Methods 90 infertile patients with deficiency of kidney qi were randomly divided into control group and Ziheche group (treatment group). The endometrium thickness, morphology, blood flow, egg count, fertilization number, number of developing embryos, number of high-quality embryos, pregnancy rate were observed in the two groups. Implantation rate, abortion rate. Results there were significant differences in blood flow, number of developing embryos and number of high quality embryos between the two groups (P 0.05). 10 cases in the control group and 14 cases in the treatment group reached the standard of fresh embryo transplantation; 4 cases in the control group were positive for human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), 6 cases in the treatment group, 3 cases in the clinical pregnancy group in the control group, 6 cases in the treatment group, and 4 cases in the control group. Treatment group 9 cases. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Ziheqian granule can improve the endometrial receptivity and the number of high quality embryos in ovulatory cycle under mild stimulation, which shows a tendency to increase the clinical pregnancy rate.
