【摘要】：正手術(shù)后惡心嘔吐(postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV)發(fā)病率約為20%,但在某些高危術(shù)式,如腹腔鏡手術(shù)中,PONV的發(fā)生率可高達(dá)80%~([1])。PONV雖不危及患者的生命,但會(huì)對手術(shù)患者的康復(fù)產(chǎn)生不利影響,且會(huì)明顯延長患者住院時(shí)間,增加醫(yī)療花費(fèi),加大護(hù)理人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān)。惡心嘔吐是針灸治療的優(yōu)勢病種之一,盡管并不完全清楚其
[Abstract]:The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting after surgery is about 20. However, in some high-risk operations, such as laparoscopic surgery, the incidence of PONV may be as high as 80% ([1] .PONV does not endanger the life of the patient, but it will have a negative impact on the rehabilitation of the patient. It also can prolong the hospitalization time, increase the medical expenses and increase the workload of nursing staff.
