【摘要】：目的:探討內(nèi)服加味四妙散聯(lián)合金黃膏外敷治療急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:選擇2015年3月—2015年12月治療的60例急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者進(jìn)行研究。按治療方法的不同,將60例患者分為觀察組和對照組。觀察組采用內(nèi)服加味四妙散、外敷金黃膏治療,對照組采用口服塞來昔布膠囊、外搽扶他林乳膏治療,比較兩組治療前后血尿酸水平、癥狀體征積分。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療后,與治療前比較,兩組血尿酸水平、癥狀體征積分均明顯降低(P0.05);兩組間比較,血尿酸水平無明顯差異(P0.05),觀察組癥狀體征積分較對照組低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組、對照組總有效率分別為93.33%、76.67%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:加味四妙散內(nèi)服聯(lián)合金黃膏外敷能顯著改善急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的癥狀體征積分,降低血尿酸水平,臨床療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Simiao powder combined with Jinhuang ointment on acute gouty arthritis. Methods: 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis from March 2015 to December 2015 were studied. According to the different treatment methods, 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Jiawei Simiao powder and applied Jinhuang ointment, while the control group was treated with celecoxib capsule and Fentalin cream. The level of serum uric acid and the score of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the levels of serum uric acid and the score of symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the level of serum uric acid between the two groups (P 0.05), and the score of symptoms and signs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. In the observation group, the total effective rate of the control group was 93.33 and 76.67, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: Jiawei Simiao powder combined with Jinhuang ointment can significantly improve the score of symptoms and signs of patients with acute gouty arthritis, reduce the level of serum uric acid, and the clinical curative effect is satisfactory.
