【摘要】：目的:通過臨床研究觀察荊防三豆飲聯(lián)合仙紫散離子導(dǎo)入治療兒童過敏性紫癜,評價其臨床療效,為臨床用藥提供參考。方法:納入60例皮膚型過敏性紫癜患兒,隨機(jī)分成兩組,記錄患兒性別、年齡、發(fā)病季節(jié)、臨床表現(xiàn)、實驗室檢查結(jié)果等一般情況。治療組采用內(nèi)服荊防三豆飲聯(lián)合仙紫散離子導(dǎo)入治療,對照組僅內(nèi)服荊防三豆飲治療。分別于治療前和治療兩個療程后對患兒的臨床癥狀進(jìn)行評分,對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:1.兩組患者性別、年齡、病程、體重、癥候評分方面均沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,具有可比性。2.60例過敏性紫癜患兒,其中男性35例,女性25例;年齡最大者14歲,最小者3歲;發(fā)病病程最長者4年,最短者3天;四季皆有發(fā)病,其中春季發(fā)病患兒最多,為16例,占26.6%。3.荊防三豆飲聯(lián)合仙紫散離子導(dǎo)入治療過敏性紫癜與荊防三豆飲治療過敏性紫癜兩組癥候評分對照,其差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。提示荊防三豆飲聯(lián)合仙紫散離子導(dǎo)入療效優(yōu)于單純服用中藥。結(jié)論:1.皮膚型過敏性紫癜患兒男性患兒較女性患兒多見;以學(xué)齡兒為主,與文獻(xiàn)報道的流行病學(xué)一致。2.本研究中皮膚型過敏性紫癜,春季發(fā)病較多,中醫(yī)辨證以風(fēng)熱傷絡(luò)最多見。3.荊防三豆飲聯(lián)合仙紫散離子導(dǎo)入有助于加速紫癜皮疹的消退,縮短病程,提示內(nèi)外合治的綜合治療措施有助于提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jingfangsandou decoction combined with Xianzi Powder in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children. Methods: 60 cases of cutaneous Henoch-Schonlein purpura were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by oral administration of Jingfangsandou Yin combined with Xianzi Powder ion-transfer therapy, while the control group was treated with Jingfangsandou Yin only. The clinical symptoms were scored before and after two courses of treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed. The result is 1: 1. There was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease, body weight and symptom score between the two groups. There were 2.60 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura, including 35 males and 25 females, the oldest being 14 years old and the youngest 3 years old. The longest course of disease was 4 years, the shortest was 3 days, and the disease occurred in all seasons, of which 16 cases occurred in spring, accounting for 26.6.3. Jingfangsandou Yin combined with Xianzi Powder Iontophoresis in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and Jingfangsandou Yin in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The results suggest that the curative effect of Jingfangandou decoction combined with Xianzi Powder is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone. Conclusion 1. The prevalence of skin type Henoch-Schonlein purpura in male children was more than that in female children, mainly in school-age children, which was consistent with the reported epidemiology of .2. In this study, skin type hypersensitivity purpura, spring incidence is more, TCM syndrome differentiation wind heat injury is the most seen. 3. The combination of Jingfangsandou Yin and Xianzi Powder is helpful to accelerate the regression of purpura rash and shorten the course of disease. It suggests that the combined treatment of internal and external treatment is helpful to improve the clinical curative effect.
