【摘要】：目的觀察“膝十針”治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎對患者臨床癥狀、體征及影像學的影響,科學客觀評價“膝十針”治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效及應用價值。為臨床治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎提供一個療效確切、操作規(guī)范、施治方便的治療方法。方法將2014年12月~2015年12月,來自中國人民解放軍255醫(yī)院中醫(yī)門診,符合納入標準的60例膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者,隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組30例。治療組采用“膝十針”治療,每日針刺1次,留針30分鐘,10次為1個療程,每療程結(jié)束后休息2天,共治療3個療程;對照組采用玻璃酸鈉注射液膝關(guān)節(jié)腔注射治療,每周1次,連續(xù)治療5周。兩組治療結(jié)束后6個月進行隨訪。觀察評價治療前后兩組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)WOMAC評分、臨床療效及影像學變化。結(jié)果兩組患者治療前在性別、年齡、病程方面比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),具有可比性。兩組治療后WOMAC評分較治療前均明顯降低,有顯著性差異(P0.05)。治療組遠期WOMAC評分低于對照組。治療組和對照組近期總有效率,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組遠期總有效率為93.33%,高于對照組的83.33%,兩組臨床療效比較具有顯著差異(P0.01)。且膝關(guān)節(jié)核磁Noyes評分及一般情況,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論“膝十針”治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床療效顯著,且遠期療效較好�！跋ナ槨蹦軌蚓徑庀リP(guān)節(jié)疼痛、改善關(guān)節(jié)活動功能、修復關(guān)節(jié)損傷�！跋ナ槨敝委熛ス切躁P(guān)節(jié)炎療效確切、操作規(guī)范、施治方便,適宜臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of "ten needles of knee" on clinical symptoms, signs and imaging of patients with knee osteoarthritis, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and application value of "ten needles of knee" in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. For the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis to provide a curative effect, standard operation, convenient treatment. Methods from December 2014 to December 2015, 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis from Chinese Medicine Clinic of 255 Hospital of Chinese people's Liberation Army were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with "ten needles of the knee" once a day, and the treatment group was treated by injection of sodium hyaluronate injection into the knee joint for 10 times and 10 times as a course of treatment for 2 days after each course of treatment, while the control group was treated by injection of sodium hyaluronate injection into the knee joint. The patients were treated once a week for 5 weeks. The two groups were followed up 6 months after treatment. To observe and evaluate the knee joint WOMAC score, clinical efficacy and imaging changes before and after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in sex, age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment (P 0.05). The WOMAC score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, with a significant difference (P 0.05). The long term WOMAC score in treatment group was lower than that in control group. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05). The long-term total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33, which was higher than that in the control group (83.33). There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P 0.01). The Noyes score and general situation of knee joint in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion Ten needles of knee is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and the long-term curative effect is better. Ten needles can relieve knee pain, improve joint function and repair joint injury. The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with ten needles is effective, standard, convenient and suitable for clinical application.
