【摘要】：目的:對針灸牽引結合頸椎練功療法治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的治療效果進行分析探討。方法:選取2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治的神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者68例,按照隨機分配的原則,將其分為對照組與觀察組,每組34例。對照組采用針灸牽引進行治療,觀察組采用針灸牽引結合頸椎練功療法進行治療。對兩組臨床療效進行比較分析。結果:治療后,觀察組的治療總有效率為91.18%,對照組的治療總有效率為76.47%,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:針灸牽引結合頸椎練功療法治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的治療效果顯著,可有效減輕患者痛苦,提高患者生活質(zhì)量,值得在臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and traction combined with cervical exercise therapy on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2016, 68 patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type were selected and divided into control group (n = 34) and observation group (n = 34) according to the principle of random distribution. The control group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion traction, and the observation group by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with cervical exercise therapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate was 91.18 in the observation group and 76.47in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture and moxibustion combined with cervical exercise therapy are effective in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type, which can effectively alleviate the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
