【摘要】：目的:本課題從臟腑間生、克、乘、侮關(guān)系出發(fā),通過觀察應(yīng)用清肺化飲逐痹顆粒治療肺痹邪盛痹重期(寒飲伏肺,肺絡(luò)痹阻)的臨床療效,來驗證該藥的臨床療效,同時也可以進一步揭示該病的機理,從而為廣大患者帶來希望。方法:選取60例來自長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院肺病科符合入組條件的患者,將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組各30例,讓觀察組患者服用清肺化飲逐痹顆粒治療、對照組患者服用強的松片維持治療。通過觀察治療前后癥狀的改變,來明確兩組治療效果的不同。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過1個月的臨床觀察研究,觀察組與對照組的總有效率分別為86.7%、70%,兩組間總有效率(P=0.3070.05),將兩組數(shù)據(jù)對比后可以看出,觀察組與對照組對該病主癥的治療效果無明顯差異,但對次要癥狀的改善,觀察組要優(yōu)于對照組,比如關(guān)節(jié)疼痛,頭面浮腫等。結(jié)論:經(jīng)過療效觀察對比后發(fā)現(xiàn),應(yīng)用清肺化飲逐痹顆粒治療肺痹邪盛痹重期(寒飲伏肺,肺絡(luò)痹阻)證在緩解咳嗽、咳痰、喘促等癥狀時與應(yīng)用激素療效相同,但在緩解關(guān)節(jié)疼痛,及肢體頭面浮腫等方面,要優(yōu)于激素治療,而且還具有用藥方便,副反應(yīng)少,便于攜帶等優(yōu)點,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: from the relationship between viscera and viscera, to verify the clinical effect of Qingfei Huayin Zubi granule in treating the serious stage of lung arthralgia, such as cold drink and latent lung, lung collaterals obstruction, etc, in order to verify the clinical effect of this medicine. At the same time, it can also further reveal the mechanism of the disease, thus bringing hope to the majority of patients. Methods: sixty patients from lung disease department of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with Qingfei Yinzubi granule. The patients in the control group were treated with prednisone tablets. By observing the changes of symptoms before and after treatment, the difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was made clear. Results: after one month of clinical observation, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 86.7 and 70, respectively, and the total effective rate of the two groups was 0.3070.050.After comparing the data of the two groups, it can be seen that there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the observation group and the control group for the main symptoms of the disease. But for the improvement of secondary symptoms, the observation group was better than the control group, such as joint pain, swelling of the head and so on. Conclusion: after observation and contrast of curative effect, it was found that the therapeutic effect of Qingfei Hua Yin Zubi granule in relieving cough, expectoration, asthma and other symptoms was the same as that of hormone application in the treatment of severe stage of lung arthralgia (cold drink entrapped lung, lung collaterals obstruction), and other symptoms, such as cough, expectoration and shortness of breath, etc. But it is superior to hormone therapy in relieving joint pain and swelling of head and face of limbs, and has the advantages of convenient medication, less side effects, easy to carry, and so on. It has extensive application and popularization value.
