【摘要】：目的:探討頭針(進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練時雙側(cè)枕下旁線、頂中線留針)結(jié)合Pro-Kin平衡儀治療首次腦卒中偏癱患者平衡功能障礙的療效。方法:將符合篩選要求的81例腦卒中偏癱后平衡功能障礙的患者,根據(jù)臨床實驗要求隨機為試驗組(27例)、對照組A(27例)和對照組B(27例)。對照組B只進(jìn)行常規(guī)的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,對照組A在B的基礎(chǔ)上加用頭針(進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練時留針),試驗組則在A的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行Pro-Kin平衡儀站立位訓(xùn)練。三組患者在干預(yù)前和干預(yù)四周結(jié)束時,均用同一治療師對所有患者進(jìn)行評估,使用Pro-Kin平衡儀自帶的睜眼靜態(tài)平衡測試系統(tǒng)、Berg平衡量表。結(jié)果:(1)三組在干預(yù)四周后Berg平衡量表評分和平衡儀-雙足站立位睜眼靜態(tài)平衡測試中的重心擺動軌跡長、重心移動外周面積均較干預(yù)前增加,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);(2)三組重心擺動軌跡長、外周面積、Berg平衡量表進(jìn)行方差分析多重檢驗,提示試驗組治療療效最好,對照組A次之。結(jié)論:Pro-Kin平衡儀站立位訓(xùn)練對于腦卒中偏癱患者平衡功能障礙的改善優(yōu)于常規(guī)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,并且在康復(fù)訓(xùn)練過程中結(jié)合中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)治療-頭針則更能有效地改善平衡功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture (bilateral suboccipital parietal line, parietal midline acupuncture) combined with Pro-Kin balance instrument in the treatment of balance dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia after first stroke. Methods: 81 patients with balance dysfunction after stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 27) and control group (n = 27) and control group (n = 27). Control group B was given routine rehabilitation training, control group A was treated with scalp acupuncture on the basis of B, while the experimental group was given Pro-Kin balance instrument standing training on the basis of A. All patients in the three groups were evaluated by the same therapist before and at the end of the intervention. The static balance test system with Pro-Kin balance instrument was used to test the balance of all the patients. Results (1) after four weeks of intervention, the score of Berg balance scale and the balance instrument and the static balance test of standing with eyes in the three groups had a longer track of center of gravity swing, and the circumference of center of gravity movement increased than that before intervention. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The results showed that the treatment effect was the best in the trial group, followed by the control group A, with the Berg balance scale of peripheral area and the long trajectory of the center of gravity. Conclusion the standing position training with the weight Pro-Kin balance instrument can improve the balance function of stroke hemiplegic patients better than the routine rehabilitation training, and combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment-scalp acupuncture can improve the balance function more effectively in the course of rehabilitation training.
