【摘要】：肌筋膜疼痛綜合征屬于中醫(yī)"筋痹"范疇,文章基于目前存在許多由于沒有把握正確的治療原則,盲目地采用強刺激手法治療肌筋膜疼痛綜合征,不僅沒達到治療目的,反而加重患者痛苦的情況,從筋"喜溫而惡寒、血和則筋柔、喜柔而不喜剛"的特性出發(fā),提出溫通、養(yǎng)血、柔和的治療原則,闡述推拿治療筋痹應(yīng)以舒經(jīng)調(diào)樞為治療之本,以溫?zé)犷愂址橹饕椒?以柔和有力為基本要求,達到溫經(jīng)散寒,和血柔筋的目的。
[Abstract]:Myofascial pain syndrome belongs to the category of "fascia arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the fact that there are many problems in treating myofascial pain syndrome blindly by means of strong stimulation, this article not only fails to achieve the purpose of treatment, but also to treat myofascial pain syndrome blindly. Instead, it exacerbates the pain of the patients. Starting from the characteristics of the tendons that "like warmth but hate cold, blood and tendons are soft, like soft but not soft", the authors put forward the principles of warm passage, nourishing blood, and soft treatment, and expounded that massage treatment should be based on the Shujing and the pigeonet for the treatment of arthralgia. The main method is warm-heat manipulation and the basic requirement is softness and strength to achieve the purpose of warming meridian and dissipating cold and blood soft tendons.
