【摘要】：目的:觀察運用健脾益氣法治療ARDS患者胃腸功能障礙的療效以及改善患者預后的效果,并探討健脾益氣法改善ARDS患者胃腸功能及呼吸功能的作用機理。方法:將60例ARDS胃腸功能障礙患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組各30例。治療組在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用中藥健脾益氣湯治療,對照組則給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,療程為7天。比較治療前后APACHEⅡ評分、中醫(yī)癥候評分、胃腸功能障礙評分、Murray肺損傷評分以及動脈血氧分壓、血氧飽和度、氧合指數(shù)等血氣指標的變化情況,并比較兩組患者機械通氣時間及治療效果。結(jié)果:治療組治療前后APACHEⅡ評分、中醫(yī)癥候評分、胃腸功能障礙評分、Murray肺損傷評分以及血氣指標組內(nèi)比較,P0.01,有顯著統(tǒng)計學差異;對照組治療前后APACHEⅡ評分、中醫(yī)癥候評分、胃腸功能障礙評分、Murray肺損傷評分以及血氣指標組內(nèi)比較,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學差異。治療后各指標組間比較,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學差異;兩組機械通氣時間和治療效果比較,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學差異。結(jié)論:運用健脾益氣法治療ARDS患者胃腸功能障礙的同時,還能改善患者的呼吸功能,減少機械通氣時間,提高治療效果,改善預后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of invigorating spleen and invigorating qi on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with ARDS and to explore the mechanism of improving gastrointestinal function and respiratory function of ARDS patients by invigorating spleen and invigorating qi. Methods: 60 ARDS patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.
