【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)降壓中藥藥性(功效、五味、歸經(jīng)、四氣)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析來(lái)探討高血壓病的中醫(yī)證素特點(diǎn)與用藥規(guī)律,以期為高血壓病的中醫(yī)辨證分型研究和進(jìn)一步研究中醫(yī)治療該病提供參考。方法:利用萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、CNKI等檢索數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)針對(duì)2005~2015年所報(bào)道的單味中藥治療高血壓病的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行檢索,搜集可降血壓的單味中藥,并對(duì)其功效及藥性(四氣、五味、歸經(jīng))進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從而探討高血壓病的中醫(yī)證素特點(diǎn)與用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)果:共檢索出符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的單味中藥降血壓文獻(xiàn)365篇,降血壓的單味中藥共87味;聚類及主成分分析結(jié)果顯示:中藥四氣共2個(gè)公因子:寒、涼,累積貢獻(xiàn)率為71.52%,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;功效共5個(gè)公因子:清熱、平肝、活血、補(bǔ)陰、化痰,累積貢獻(xiàn)率為74.32%,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;五味共3個(gè)公因子:苦、甘、辛,累積貢獻(xiàn)率為86.67%,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;歸經(jīng)共5個(gè)公因子:肝經(jīng)、腎經(jīng)、肺經(jīng)、心經(jīng)、脾經(jīng),累積貢獻(xiàn)率為71.04%,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:共搜集到降壓中藥87味。降壓中藥的功效以清熱、平肝、活血、補(bǔ)陰、化痰為主;四氣以寒涼為主;五味以苦、甘、辛為主;歸經(jīng)主要?dú)w肝經(jīng),其次為腎經(jīng)、肺經(jīng)、心經(jīng)、脾經(jīng)。從而推論高血壓病中醫(yī)病位證素主要在肝、腎、肺、心、脾,尤以肝最為密切;中醫(yī)病性證素以熱(火)、陽(yáng)亢、血瘀、陰虛、痰濁為主。高血壓病的中醫(yī)用藥規(guī)律為:臨床上注重從肝、腎來(lái)論治高血壓病,用藥時(shí)多選用苦、甘、辛的寒涼藥物,并選擇性重用清熱瀉火、滋陰潛陽(yáng)、活血化瘀、化痰的降壓中藥。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes and the law of drug use in hypertension by statistical analysis of the medicinal properties (efficacy, five flavors, meridians, and four qi) of traditional Chinese medicine for lowering blood pressure. In order to provide a reference for the study of TCM syndrome differentiation and further study on TCM treatment of hypertension. Methods: by using CNKI database of Wanfang and other retrieval databases, we searched the literatures reported from 2005 to 2015 on the treatment of hypertension with single Chinese medicine, collected the single Chinese medicine that can lower blood pressure, and analyzed its efficacy and properties (four qi, five flavors). In order to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes and drug use law of hypertension. Results: a total of 365 articles of single Chinese medicine for lowering blood pressure were found, 87 of which were single herbs. The results of cluster and principal component analysis showed that there were two common factors: cold, cool, cold, cool, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold and cool. The cumulative contribution rate is 71.52, which has statistical significance; the efficacy of five common factors: clearing heat, calming the liver, activating blood circulation, tonifying yin, resolving phlegm, cumulative contribution rate is 74.322.There are three common factors: bitter, sweet, Xin, The cumulative contribution rate was 86.67, which was statistically significant, and there were five common factors: liver, kidney, lung, heart and spleen, and the cumulative contribution rate was 71.04, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: 87 kinds of antihypertensive herbs were collected. The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to reduce blood pressure in order to clear heat, calming the liver, activating blood, tonifying yin, phlegm; four qi to cold mainly; five flavors to bitter, sweet, Xin mainly; return to the main liver meridian, followed by the kidney, lung, heart, spleen meridian. It can be concluded that TCM syndrome factors of hypertension are mainly in liver, kidney, lung, heart, spleen, especially liver; heat is the most important factor in TCM disease syndrome (fire, Yang hyperactivity, blood stasis, yin deficiency, phlegm turbidity). The law of traditional Chinese medicine used in hypertension is: the treatment of hypertension from liver and kidney, the cold and cool medicine of bitter, sweet and Xin, and selective reuse of antihypertensive Chinese medicine of clearing heat and reducing fire, nourishing yin and burying yang, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, resolving phlegm.
