【摘要】：目的:探究中藥復(fù)方制劑一效膏配合貝復(fù)濟(jì)治療骨科臥床患者壓瘡的臨床療效。材料與方法:選取2015年1月-2016年3月期間遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院收治的41例以骨科疾病住院并發(fā)壓瘡病癥的患者作為研究對(duì)象。采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)的將研究對(duì)象分為治療組和對(duì)照組,(治療組21例,對(duì)照組20例)。治療組予中藥復(fù)方制劑一效膏及貝復(fù)濟(jì)外用配合基礎(chǔ)換藥治療,其中骶尾部10例、股骨大粗隆處6例、臀部4例、足跟部1例。對(duì)照組則單純予貝復(fù)濟(jì)配合基礎(chǔ)換藥治療;骶尾部9例、股骨大粗隆處5例、臀部5例、足跟部1例。觀察及隨訪對(duì)比兩組患者的PUSH評(píng)分變化。并根據(jù)國家中醫(yī)藥管理局頒布的《中醫(yī)病證診斷療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》對(duì)治療期間的壓瘡創(chuàng)面進(jìn)行評(píng)定。結(jié)果:1.中藥復(fù)方制劑一效膏配合貝復(fù)濟(jì)治療骨科臥床患者壓瘡較之單純外用貝復(fù)濟(jì)效果更為明顯,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。1.中藥復(fù)方制劑一效膏配合貝復(fù)濟(jì)治療骨科臥床患者壓瘡較之單純使用貝復(fù)濟(jì)療效更為明顯,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Yixiao ointment combined with Befuji in treating bedsore patients in orthopedic department. Materials and methods: from January 2015 to March 2016, 41 patients with orthopedic diseases complicated with pressure sore were selected from affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine as study objects. The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 21) and control group (n = 20). In the treatment group, 10 cases of sacrococcyx, 6 cases of femur trochanter, 4 cases of buttocks and 1 case of heel were treated with Yixiao ointment and Beifuji. In the control group, the sacrococcygeal 9 cases, the femur trochanter 5 cases, the buttocks 5 cases, the heel 1 case, the sacrococcygeal 9 cases, the femoral trochanter 5 cases, the buttocks 5 cases. The changes of PUSH score were observed and followed up. According to the criteria for the diagnosis of TCM diseases and syndromes issued by the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine, the wounds of pressure sores during treatment were evaluated. The result is 1: 1. Chinese medicine compound preparation Yixiao ointment combined with Befuji in the treatment of orthopedic bed-rest patients with bedsore is more obvious than the external use of terraffin alone, with statistical significance of P0.05. 1. The treatment of bedsore in orthopedic patients with Yixiao ointment combined with Befuji is more effective than that of single use of Befuji alone, and it is worth popularizing.
