【摘要】：正1目的和適用范圍本指南規(guī)定了中醫(yī)對(duì)天皰瘡的診斷、辨證和治療方法,從現(xiàn)有的證據(jù)中甄選出相對(duì)較為可靠的證據(jù),推薦臨床有效且安全、可行的中醫(yī)辨證論治方法,其內(nèi)容適用于天皰瘡診斷和治療的整個(gè)過(guò)程。其他大皰性疾病臨床表現(xiàn)與本病類似的,可以參考本指南進(jìn)行辨證治療。2指南制定小組和主要使用人群本指南的制定和修訂是首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京中醫(yī)醫(yī)院皮膚科受中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)皮膚科分會(huì)和國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局的委托而進(jìn)行,參加單位還包括廣東省中醫(yī)院、武漢市第一醫(yī)院、沈陽(yáng)市第七人民醫(yī)院、上海
