【摘要】：目的：傳承老中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗,運用并觀察截根法治療乳癖(肝郁氣滯型)的臨床療效,為高效治療該病尋求思路與方法。方法：將符合研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例肝郁氣滯型乳癖患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,每組各30例。治療組以“截根法”特定的測量方法所得部位作為針刺治療施術(shù)處方,采用圓利針針刺法；對照組以常規(guī)針刺處方(屋翳、膻中、足三里、三陰交、太沖穴)治療,采用毫針針刺法。每周一次,10次為一個療程,共治療兩個療程。月經(jīng)期間停止治療。以患者癥狀評分,乳房疼痛積分、乳房腫塊積分、癥狀總積分等方面進(jìn)行兩組前后對照觀察。結(jié)果：(1)兩組患者的一般資料(年齡、病程)經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計學(xué)比較,無顯著性差異,具有可比性。(2)兩組患者治療前乳房疼痛積分、乳房腫塊積分、癥狀總積分經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計學(xué)比較,無顯著性差異(P0.05),具有可比性。(3)對照組患者治療前后乳房疼痛積分、乳房腫塊積分、癥狀總積分差異顯著(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。(4)治療組治療后乳房疼痛積分、乳房腫塊積分、癥狀總積分較治療前評分下降,差異顯著(P0.01),具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。(5)兩組患者組間比較,兩組患者治療后乳房疼痛積分、乳房腫塊積分、癥狀總積分評分比較,治療組治療后評分降低更明顯。(6)兩組患者臨床總體療效比較顯示,治療組的臨床總有效率高于對照組,兩組乳癖患者的臨床總體療效經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)比較,具有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組要優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論：(1)治療組與對照組兩種針刺方案均能改善乳癖癥患者的癥狀。(2)在治療后乳房疼痛積分、乳房腫塊積分、癥狀總積分評分下降上,治療組下降的程度大于對照組。(3)治療組的總有效率高于對照組。(4)兩組患者的臨床總體療效比較,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to pass on the experience of old Chinese medicine, and to observe the clinical effect of root cutting method in the treatment of Rupi (stagnation of Qi and liver depression), and to find a way of thinking and method for the effective treatment of the disease. Methods: 60 patients with liver-qi stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with traditional acupuncture prescription (Wuyi, Tanzhong, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Taichong). Adopt the method of needle acupuncture. Once a week 10 times as a course of treatment, a total of two courses of treatment. Stop treatment during menstruation. The symptom score, breast pain score, breast mass score and total symptom score were compared between the two groups. Results the general data (age, course of disease) of the two groups were compared statistically. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The scores of breast pain, breast mass and symptoms were compared statistically between the two groups before treatment. There was no significant difference in breast pain score, breast mass score and total symptom score before and after treatment in the control group (P 0.05). The total symptom score was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was significant (P 0.01, P < 0.05). The scores of breast pain, breast mass and symptom were compared between the two groups after treatment. The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the total clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared statistically. There was significant difference (P 0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion both the treatment group and the control group can improve the symptoms of patients with nipple disease.) after treatment, the score of breast pain, the score of breast mass and the score of total symptom score are decreased. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.
