【摘要】：IgA腎病(IgAN)作為全球范圍內(nèi)常見(jiàn)的腎臟疾病,目前約占我國(guó)腎小球疾病發(fā)病的20%~30%,罹患人群往往在發(fā)病10~20年間進(jìn)入終末期腎病(ESRD)階段,對(duì)于該病的診療長(zhǎng)期作為腎臟病領(lǐng)域臨床與科研的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。全國(guó)名老中醫(yī)藥專家、全國(guó)老中醫(yī)藥專家學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)繼承工作指導(dǎo)教師、天津市名中醫(yī)曹式麗教授,長(zhǎng)期致力于以IgA腎病為代表的慢性腎臟病的中醫(yī)臨床證候特征、病機(jī)演變規(guī)律與優(yōu)勢(shì)辨治方案的篩選工作,在臨床實(shí)踐中逐步形成了特色中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)思想,"從風(fēng)論治"IgA腎病便是曹式麗教授中醫(yī)藥特色辨治思維與用藥規(guī)律的重要組成部分。文章基于國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局"曹式麗全國(guó)名老中醫(yī)藥專家傳承工作室"系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展的曹式麗教授中醫(yī)腎病學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)整理與挖掘研究成果,對(duì)曹式麗教授從風(fēng)論治IgA腎病的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)予以初步闡釋。
[Abstract]:As a common kidney disease in the world, IgA nephropathy accounts for about 20% of the glomerular diseases in China. The patients often enter the stage of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in 10 to 20 years. The diagnosis and treatment of the disease has long been the focus and difficulty of clinical and scientific research in the field of kidney disease. The national famous old Chinese medicine expert, the national old Chinese medicine expert academic experience inheriting the work instruction teacher, Tianjin famous Chinese medicine professor Cao Shili, long-term devotes to take the IgA nephropathy as the representative chronic kidney disease Chinese medicine clinical syndrome characteristic, The law of pathogenesis evolution and the screening of superiority differentiation and treatment schemes have gradually formed the academic thought of characteristic Chinese medicine in clinical practice. "treating from wind" IgA nephropathy is an important part of professor Cao Shili's thinking of distinguishing treatment from wind and the law of drug use. This article is based on the research results of Professor Cao Shili's academic experience of TCM nephropathy, which was carried out by the National Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine "Cao Shili National famous traditional Chinese Medicine expert inheritance Studio". Professor Cao Shili's academic experience in treating IgA nephropathy from wind is preliminarily explained.
