【摘要】：目的提出中醫(yī)肺藏系統(tǒng)的功能性癥狀及其確認(rèn)方法。方法依托中醫(yī)癥狀病機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫,參考中醫(yī)肺藏系統(tǒng)的特有功能和解剖定位,篩選能且僅能用肺藏系統(tǒng)的特有功能異常做出直接病機(jī)解釋的癥狀。結(jié)果肺藏系統(tǒng)的功能性癥狀有:噴嚏、呼多吸少、吸多呼少、呼吸急促、呼吸困難、呼吸氣粗、呼吸微弱、語聲低微、語聲高亢、語聲重濁、咳嗽、咳聲低微、咳聲重濁、聲音嘶啞、氣短懶言、多汗、少汗、無汗、自汗、盜汗。結(jié)論肺藏系統(tǒng)的特有功能,和能且僅能用肺藏系統(tǒng)的特有功能做出直接病機(jī)解釋是尋找肺藏系統(tǒng)功能性癥狀的重要依據(jù),上述任一功能性癥狀的發(fā)生都說明病位在肺藏系統(tǒng)。中醫(yī)肺藏系統(tǒng)的功能應(yīng)是呼吸系統(tǒng)、汗腺和神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)共同作用的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Objective to propose the functional symptoms of lung storage system in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and its confirmation method. Methods based on the TCM symptom pathogenesis database and referring to the specific function and anatomical location of the lung storage system of traditional Chinese medicine, the symptoms that can and can only be explained by the special function abnormality of the lung storage system can be selected. Results the functional symptoms of lung storage system were as follows: sneezing, more breathing, less breathing, shortness of breath, difficulty in breathing, coarse breath, weak breath, low voice, high voice, heavy voice, cough, low cough, heavy cough, low cough and heavy cough. Hoarse voice, short breath lazy speech, sweating, less sweat, no sweat, self-sweat, night sweat. Conclusion the specific function of lung storage system and the ability and ability to make direct pathogenesis explanation with the special function of lung storage system are the important basis for finding the functional symptoms of lung storage system. The occurrence of any of the above functional symptoms indicates that the disease is located in the lung storage system. The function of lung storage system in TCM should be the result of the joint action of respiratory system, sweat gland and neuroendocrine system.
