【摘要】：探究絡(luò)病理論、邪實(shí)體虛相關(guān)學(xué)說與慢性疼痛之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)合慢性疼痛疾病的臨床特點(diǎn),提出其核心病機(jī)為"絡(luò)虛不榮,邪氣瘀阻",并指出"絡(luò)虛不榮,邪氣瘀阻"的現(xiàn)代科學(xué)內(nèi)涵可能包括損傷神經(jīng)元異位電活動(dòng)、外周感受神經(jīng)元受損以及外周敏化、中樞敏化、炎癥因子、損傷組織微量元素、局部血流的異常等。同時(shí),從"絡(luò)虛不榮,邪氣瘀阻"病機(jī)的角度闡述了原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)、中風(fēng)后肩手綜合征、腰椎間盤突出癥、肩周炎的臨床表現(xiàn)。從而為以絡(luò)論治慢性疼痛性疾病奠定理論基礎(chǔ)提供臨床診療新思路。
[Abstract]:By exploring the relationship between collaterals disease theory, the correlation theory of evil substance deficiency and chronic pain, and combining with the clinical characteristics of chronic pain disease, this paper puts forward that the core pathogenesis of collaterals deficiency is "deficiency of collaterals, stagnation of evil qi", and points out that "deficiency of collaterals is not glorious." The modern scientific connotation of heretical Qi stasis may include the ectopic electrical activity of injured neurons, peripheral sensory neurons damage and peripheral sensitization, central sensitization, inflammatory factors, trace elements in injured tissues, abnormal local blood flow and so on. At the same time, the clinical manifestations of primary dysmenorrhea, shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, lumbar disc herniation and shoulder periarthritis were discussed from the point of view of "deficiency of collaterals, stagnation of evil qi". So as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic pain diseases based on collaterals and provide a new way of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
