瑤藥星毛冠蓋藤的活性成分研究

【摘要】:星毛冠蓋藤Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz.為虎耳草科冠蓋藤屬植物,主要分布于廣西、廣東、福建、湖南等地。該屬中多種植物為藥用植物,全株具有活血散瘀功效。傳統(tǒng)瑤醫(yī)藥在治療癌癥方面的獨(dú)到療效深為國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)學(xué)界關(guān)注,瑤醫(yī)常以當(dāng)?shù)胤Q(chēng)為“腫瘤藤”(或稱(chēng)“消瘤藤”)的草藥治療各種癌癥,療效較為獨(dú)特。為了進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)瑤藥“腫瘤藤”的藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),本課題組首先對(duì)星毛冠蓋藤藤莖的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行了研究,利用多種色譜手段,綜合運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代色譜技術(shù),從冠蓋藤中分離得到45個(gè)化合物,通過(guò)理化常數(shù)和波譜分析方法,目前鑒定出其中41個(gè)化合物的結(jié)構(gòu),分別為落干酸(1),4-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖基-(1''→6')-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4S)-4-羥基基-β-紫羅蘭酮(2),間苯二酚(3),祖師麻乙素(4),茵芋苷(5),傘形花內(nèi)酯(6),斷馬錢(qián)子苷半縮醛內(nèi)酯(7),鄰苯二甲酸二乙酯(8),裂環(huán)馬錢(qián)素(9),裂環(huán)馬錢(qián)素二縮醛(10),當(dāng)藥苷(11),foliasalacioside B(12),芐基-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1″→6')-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13),麥芽糖(14),葡萄糖(15),胡蘿卜苷(16),1-O-(β-D-glucosyl)-2-[2-methoxy-4-(ω-hydroxypropyl)-phen-oxy]-propan-3-ol(17),(+)-lyoniresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(18),紫丁香苷(19),柏松苷(20),二氫柏松苷(21),but-3-enyl-β-D-glucoside(22),4-(2,3-dihyd-roxy propyl)-2,6-dimethoxy phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(23),nikoenoside(24),原兒茶酸乙酯(25),8-甲氧基香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(26),6-O-R-L-rhamnopy-ranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside of methyl salicylate(27),煙酰胺(28),3,5-二咖啡?鼘幩峒柞(29),Alopecuquinone(30),鵝掌楸苷(31),2-Hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(hydroxymethyl)-ethyl-β-D-glucopyra noside(32),Eleuthero-side B1(33),3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-1,2,3-propantriol(34),鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(35),Aspergillusene A(36),異海松酸(37),shizukanolide E(38),β-谷甾醇(39),2.5-dimethoxyresorcinol(40),蒲公英賽醇(41),除化合物5、6、16、19、26、39外均為該屬植物中首次分離得到,所有化合物均為從該植物中首次分離得到。利用MTT法對(duì)從星毛冠蓋藤中分離得到的部分單體化合物進(jìn)行了抗腫瘤活性研究。化合物6、7、9、10、18、26、33對(duì)細(xì)胞株SMMC7721有很好的抗腫瘤活性;化合物5、6、7對(duì)細(xì)胞株Hela有很好的抗腫瘤活性。
[Abstract]:Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz. It is mainly distributed in Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan and other places. Many species of plants in this genus are medicinal plants, the whole plant has the effect of activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis. The unique curative effect of traditional Yao medicine in treating cancer has been paid close attention to by domestic and foreign medical circles. Yao medicine often treats various kinds of cancer with local herbal medicine called "tumor vine" (or "antitumour vine"), and the curative effect is more unique. In order to further develop the pharmacodynamic material basis of the Yao medicine "Neoderma", the chemical constituents of the stem of Cladocephala auriculata were studied in this paper, and the modern chromatographic techniques were used synthetically by various chromatographic methods. Forty-five compounds were isolated from Rhizoma Corydalis. The structures of 41 of them were identified by means of physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. The results were as follows: luteinic acid 4- O- 偽 -L- arabrofuran glycosyl (Afurofuranose), 尾 -Dpyranoside 4S- 4- hydroxy-尾 -ionone 2n, resorcinol 3H, Zushuoetine 4, taroidin 5n, umbelliform anilactone 6, narcine hemiacetal lactone 7, phthalic acid 7. 浜屼箼閰,
