【摘要】：目的:觀察中醫(yī)導(dǎo)痰祛瘀藥治療糖尿病合并冠心病的臨床療效。方法:將70例糖尿病合并冠心病患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組35例,對(duì)照組患者采用曲美他嗪口服,觀察組患者采用中醫(yī)導(dǎo)痰祛瘀藥治療,觀察比較兩組患者治療效果。結(jié)果:觀察組患者治療總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),且各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)導(dǎo)痰祛瘀藥治療糖尿病合并冠心病效果確切,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treating diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease. Methods: seventy patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The patients in the control group were treated with trimetazidine orally, and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine to guide phlegm and remove blood stasis. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and all the indexes were better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on treating diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease is definite, and it is worth popularizing.
