【摘要】：目的:研究2型糖尿病中醫(yī)證型與頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度、人血漿脂蛋白磷脂酶A2、同型半胱氨酸及病程之間的關(guān)系,并對其進(jìn)行了臨床觀察和分析,提高了2型糖尿病的中醫(yī)辨證分型的科學(xué)性和客觀性,同時(shí)也提供了更多臨床參考依據(jù)。方法:實(shí)驗(yàn)組為100例,正常對照組為20例,將實(shí)驗(yàn)組100例患者按照中醫(yī)辨證的原則分為陰虛熱盛、氣陰兩虛、氣滯血瘀和痰濕阻滯四型,分別觀察四組的頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度、人血漿脂蛋白磷脂酶A2、同型半胱氨酸及患者病程之間的相關(guān)性,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的分析和處理。結(jié)果:2型糖尿病中醫(yī)證型頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度、人血漿脂蛋白磷脂酶A2、同型半胱氨酸水平存在顯著差異性,并且在疾病的不同發(fā)展階段中也存在明顯差異性。結(jié)論:2型糖尿病在疾病發(fā)展過程中,呈現(xiàn)陰虛熱盛、氣陰兩虛、氣滯血瘀及痰濕阻滯的趨勢變化,痰濕與血瘀始終貫穿疾病發(fā)展階段。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the relationship between the TCM syndrome type of type 2 diabetes and carotid intima media thickness, the relationship between human plasma lipoprotein phospholipase A2, homocysteine and course of disease, and the clinical observation and analysis to improve the scientificity and objectivity of TCM syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and also provide more clinical reference basis. 100 cases in the experimental group and 20 cases in the normal control group, 100 patients in the experimental group were divided into four types: Yin deficiency heat, Qi and yin deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm dampness block. The thickness of the middle layer of the carotid artery intima of the four groups, the relationship between the plasma lipoprotein phospholipase A2, the homocysteine and the course of disease in the human plasma was observed. Statistical analysis and treatment. Results: the thickness of the carotid intima media in the TCM syndrome type of type 2 diabetes, the plasma lipoprotein phospholipase A2, the homocysteine level was significantly different, and there was a significant difference in the different stages of the disease. Conclusion: 2 type of glycan disease in the process of disease development, showing Yin deficiency hot, Qi, Qi Yin two deficiency, qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm dampness trend changes, phlegm dampness and blood stasis throughout the disease development stage.
