【摘要】：【目的】分析中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表的信度和效度�！痉椒ā坎捎弥嗅t(yī)體質(zhì)量表對(duì)2013年3月至10月期間符合入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的450例女性婦科腹腔鏡手術(shù)術(shù)后惡心嘔吐(PONV)患者的體質(zhì)類型進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),采用Cronbach’sα系數(shù)和因子分析初步分析了量表的信度和效度�！窘Y(jié)果】184例(40.9%)女性腹腔鏡手術(shù)PONV患者兼夾2種及以上偏頗體質(zhì),陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)和氣郁質(zhì)2個(gè)分量表具有較好的內(nèi)部一致性(Cronbach’sα系數(shù)分別為0.815和0.803),平和質(zhì)最低(Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.514);因子分析提取9個(gè)公因子累計(jì)方差解釋度僅為48.5%�！窘Y(jié)論】中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表還需要結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用后的反饋加以修訂。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the reliability and validity of TCM physique scale. [methods] 450 female gynecological gynecological patients with nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic surgery from March to October 2013 were treated with TCM physique scale from March to October 2013. Qualitative types were evaluated, The reliability and validity of the scale were preliminarily analyzed by Cronbach's 偽 coefficient and factor analysis. [results] there were 184 cases of female patients with PONV undergoing laparoscopic surgery with two or more biased physiques. The coefficient of Cronbachs 偽 was 0.815 and 0.803, respectively, and the coefficient of Cronbachs 偽 was 0.514 and the explanation of cumulative variance of 9 common factors extracted by factor analysis was only 48.5%. [conclusion] TCM physique scale also needs to be revised in combination with feedback after practical application.
