【摘要】：目的探討中醫(yī)人格及體質(zhì)特征對糖尿病(MD)合并冠心病(CHD)的患病風險預測作用。方法采用五態(tài)人格測驗、五五體質(zhì)檢測測定110例T2MD患者的中醫(yī)人格及體質(zhì)特征;運用EXCEL及SPSS中決策樹的CHAID算法,建構中醫(yī)人格、體質(zhì)類型預測MD患者合并CHD的患病風險模型,并對模型的預測準確性加以評估。結果以少陰人格、陰寒質(zhì)、血瘀質(zhì)為預測變量構建的MD患病風險模型經(jīng)10折交叉驗證預測準確度為93.6%,準確率較高,并得到3條預測冠心病患病風險的規(guī)則。結論以中醫(yī)人格及體質(zhì)特征預測MD合并CHD的風險規(guī)則符合中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)認識,對高危人群的早期篩查、冠心病的防治及臨床辨體論治提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the predictive effect of personality and physique characteristics of TCM on the risk of diabetes mellitus (DM) with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods the personality and physique of 110 patients with T2MD were measured by five-state personality test and five-five constitution test, and the CHAID algorithm of decision tree in EXCEL and SPSS was used to construct TCM personality and physique type to predict the risk model of MD patients with CHD. The prediction accuracy of the model is evaluated. Results the MD disease risk model with less yin personality, cold yin and blood stasis as predictive variables was cross-verified by 10% cross validation of the accuracy of 93.6, the accuracy was higher, and three rules for predicting the risk of coronary heart disease were obtained. Conclusion predicting the risk rules of MD combined with CHD based on personality and physique characteristics of TCM is in line with the traditional understanding of TCM. It provides a reference basis for early screening of high-risk population, prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and clinical differentiation of body.
