【摘要】：目的:比較穴位埋線結(jié)合普通針刺與口服異維A酸膠囊治療痤瘡的療效差異。方法:將95例痤瘡患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組(47例)和對(duì)照組(48例)。治療組采用穴位埋線結(jié)合普通針刺,埋線每周1次,普通針刺隔日1次,連續(xù)8周;對(duì)照組采用口服異維A酸膠囊,1日2次,10mg/次,連續(xù)8周。治療后比較兩組Pill Sburv及國(guó)際改良痤瘡分級(jí)法診斷分級(jí)及總有效率。記錄不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。隨訪3個(gè)月比較復(fù)發(fā)率情況。結(jié)果:診斷分級(jí)方面,兩組均較治療前有改善(P0.05),但治療后兩組之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。治療組有效率93.62%,對(duì)照組為85.42%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。相較于針灸療法,口服西藥不良事件發(fā)生概率更高。復(fù)發(fā)率方面,治療組為23.81%,對(duì)照組為18.75%,兩者差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:穴位埋線結(jié)合普通針刺治療痤瘡安全有效,不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with common acupuncture and oral isoretinoic acid capsule in the treatment of acne. Methods: 95 patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 47) and control group (n = 48). The treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with common acupuncture once a week, and the control group was treated with isotinic acid capsule twice a day for 8 weeks, while the control group was treated with isotinic acid capsules twice a day for 8 weeks. After treatment, Pill Sburv and international modified acne grading were compared in diagnosis and total effective rate. Adverse reactions were recorded. The recurrence rate was compared after 3 months follow-up. Results: the diagnostic grading of the two groups was better than that before treatment (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The effective rate was 93.62 in the treatment group and 85.42 in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse events in oral western medicine is higher than that in acupuncture therapy. The recurrence rate was 23.81 in the treatment group and 18.75 in the control group. Conclusion: acupoint catgut embedding combined with common acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of acne.
