【摘要】：目的:測定維藥青香茅中芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量。方法:采用高效液相色譜法,使用SinoChrom C18色譜柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(41∶59)為流動相,檢測波長324 nm。結(jié)果:芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷在5.25~52.50μg·mL~(-1)范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 9),方法平均回收率為:97.29%(RSD為1.23%),平均含量為57.912 1μg·g~(-1)。結(jié)論:本方法簡便,準確,重復(fù)性好,可用測定維藥青香茅中芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine the content of apigenin-7-O- 尾-D-pyranoside in citronella citronella. Methods: high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with SinoChrom C18 column (250mm 脳 4.6mm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (41: 59). The detection wavelength was 324nm. Results: there was a good linear relationship between apigenin and peak area in the range of 5.25 ~ 52.50 渭 g / mL ~ (-1) for apigenin-7-O- 尾 -D- glucopyranoside. The average recovery of the method was 1. 23m ~ (-1) and the average content was 57.912 渭 g / g ~ (-1). Conclusion: this method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used to determine the content of apigenin-7-O- 尾-D-pyranoside.
