【摘要】：目的:觀察眼針結(jié)合疏肝解郁顆粒治療中風(fēng)后抑郁患者的臨床療效。材料與方法:選取2014年10月—2015年12月期間在遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院康復(fù)中心腦病康復(fù)二科治療的符合中風(fēng)后抑郁診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的住院患者。按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法1:1的比例將患者分為兩組:治療組30例(眼針加中藥)與對照組30例(僅用中藥)。治療原則為疏肝解郁,理氣暢中。治療組取穴眼針分區(qū)之上焦穴、下焦穴、肝穴、心穴治療,每次留針30分鐘,每天針刺1次,共治療4周。方藥:疏肝解郁顆粒,1次1袋,1日兩次,每7天為1個療程,共4個療程。治療期間注意清淡飲食。對照組僅用疏肝解郁顆粒治療,方法同治療組。治療四個療程,兩組患者均在治療前及治療4周后應(yīng)用漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)17項版、抑郁自評量表(SDS)、中醫(yī)癥候療效定量表進(jìn)行評分及療效評價。結(jié)果:1.兩組患者在治療前后漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)17項版、抑郁自評量表(SDS)評分、中醫(yī)癥候療效定量表評分比較均存在顯著差異(P0.05),提示兩種治療方法對中風(fēng)后抑郁的治療均有效。2.治療4周后治療組與對照組(HAMD)評分、(SDS)評分、中醫(yī)癥候療效定量表評分比較存在顯著差異(P0.05)。提示眼針加中藥組比單純中藥組更有效。結(jié)論:眼針配合疏肝解郁顆粒治療中風(fēng)后抑郁臨床療效滿意,且比單獨服用疏肝解郁顆粒效果更好,值得進(jìn)一步研究及推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with Shugan Jieyu granule on post-stroke depression. Materials and methods: the inpatients who met the criteria of diagnosis of post-stroke depression were selected from October 2014 to December 2015 in the second Department of Encephalopathy Rehabilitation of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were divided into two groups: treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The principle of treatment is to soothe the liver and relieve depression, and to regulate qi. In the treatment group, the acupoints were taken from the above Jiao point, the lower Jiao point, the liver point and the heart point. The acupuncture was kept for 30 minutes every time, and acupuncture was given once a day for 4 weeks. Prescription: Shugan Jieyu granule once a bag, twice a day, every 7 days as a course of treatment, a total of 4 courses. Pay attention to a light diet during treatment. The control group was treated with Shugan Jieyu granule only, the same method was used in the treatment group. After four courses of treatment, both groups were treated with Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) 17 items, Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS) and TCM symptom Quantification Table (TCM QT) before and after 4 weeks of treatment. The result is 1: 1. Before and after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) 17 items, Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS) score, and the scores of TCM symptom scale (P 0.05), indicating that the two methods were effective in treating post-stroke depression. After 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in the scores of HAMDS and SDSs between the treatment group and the control group. The results suggest that the eye acupuncture plus Chinese medicine group is more effective than the traditional Chinese medicine group alone. Conclusion: eye acupuncture combined with Shugan Jieyu granule is more effective than Shugan Jieyu granule in the treatment of post-stroke depression, which is worthy of further study and popularization.
