【摘要】：目的:本課題通過觀察穴位埋線配合背部走罐和西藥維胺酯膠囊內(nèi)服兩者治療對于尋常型痤瘡的臨床療效對比,比較兩者隨訪復發(fā)率的差異,以期望提高患者的生活質(zhì)量,為尋常型痤瘡的治療提供更好的臨床實踐。方法:將80例患者隨機分為2組,分別為治療組(穴位埋線配合背部走罐組)、對照組(西藥組),每組40人。治療組每1周1次,4周為1個療程,對照組口服維胺脂膠囊50mg,1天3次,4周為1個療程,兩組患者均治療2個療程,治療結(jié)束后觀察療效,療程結(jié)束3個月后進行隨訪觀察。在治療后4周、8周分別觀察記錄患者皮損積分情況,比較兩組治療效果及生活質(zhì)量量表的變化,分析整理數(shù)據(jù),用spss17.0系統(tǒng)軟件進行分析。結(jié)果:兩組患者性別、年齡、病程以及痤瘡的皮損嚴重程度均無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),具有可比性。穴位埋線配合背部走罐療法治療痤瘡8周即(2個療程)后的療效優(yōu)于西藥組,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);和西藥組相比,穴位埋線配合背部走罐療法在改善痤瘡患者的皮損程度、降低痤瘡數(shù)量的發(fā)生以及改善生活質(zhì)量方面均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);穴位埋線配合背部走罐療法能夠降低痤瘡患者的復發(fā)率,具有較好的遠期療效,且在治療過程中無明顯不良反應。結(jié)論:穴位埋線配合背部走罐療法能明顯降低痤瘡患者皮損的嚴重程度,改善痤瘡患者的生活質(zhì)量,并且能明顯減少痤瘡患者的復發(fā)率。穴位埋線配合背部走罐療法治療尋常型痤瘡療效優(yōu)于西藥組,適宜在臨床上推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with cupping on the back and western medicine Viamin capsule in the treatment of acne vulgaris, and to compare the difference of follow-up recurrence rate between the two groups in order to improve the quality of life of patients with acne vulgaris. To provide better clinical practice for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (acupoint catgut embedding combined with back cupping group) and control group (western medicine group, 40 persons in each group). In the treatment group, once a week for 4 weeks as a course of treatment, and in the control group, 50 mg of vitamin C was given orally for 3 times a day and 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The patients in both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment. The curative effect was observed after the treatment and followed up for 3 months after the end of the course of treatment. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of skin lesions were observed and recorded, and the changes of treatment effect and quality of life scale were compared between the two groups. The data were analyzed and sorted out, and analyzed by spss17.0 system software. Results: there was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease and severity of acne between the two groups (P 0.05). The therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with back cupping therapy was better than that of western medicine group after 8 weeks (2 courses of treatment), which had statistical significance compared with western medicine group. There was statistical significance in reducing the number of acne and improving the quality of life, the point embedding and cupping therapy could reduce the recurrence rate of acne patients, and had good long-term effect. There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment. Conclusion: acupoint catgut implantation combined with cupping therapy on the back can significantly reduce the severity of skin lesions, improve the quality of life of acne patients, and significantly reduce the recurrence rate of acne patients. The therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding and cupping therapy on acne vulgaris is better than that of western medicine group, which is suitable for clinical application.
