【摘要】：目的:通過對古代文獻、近現(xiàn)代文獻及臨床病案進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,挖掘、探討、分析治療月經(jīng)過少的用藥經(jīng)驗、規(guī)律以及組方特點,為臨床的用藥起到指導意義,從而提高月經(jīng)過少的臨床診治水平。方法:1.在立足于月經(jīng)過少古今醫(yī)案的基礎上,建立方劑數(shù)據(jù)庫;2.將臨床上收集到的醫(yī)案信息進行語言規(guī)范化處理;3.利用“中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)”(V2.5)進行方藥的數(shù)據(jù)分析。統(tǒng)計與月經(jīng)過少病相關的藥物出現(xiàn)的頻次,并分析治療月經(jīng)過少的藥物的四氣、五味及歸經(jīng)。運用“組方規(guī)律”篩選出常用藥對,并在其基礎上進行關聯(lián)分析。利用軟件的“改進互信息法”進行中藥之間的關聯(lián)度分析,采用復雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類,刪選3-4味藥物的核心組合,并分析其可能出現(xiàn)的新處方,進一步指導臨床用藥。結(jié)果:1.建立月經(jīng)過少的方藥數(shù)據(jù)庫。2.采用“中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)”(V2.5)中的分析工具對月經(jīng)過少的常用處方和藥物進行分析,得到常用藥類為補虛藥、活血化瘀藥、理氣藥;多屬溫性、甘味,入肝、脾、腎經(jīng);并通過改進的互信息法和基于復雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類法統(tǒng)計分析得出核心組合和新方組合。結(jié)論:本研究通過建立月經(jīng)過少方藥數(shù)據(jù)庫,運用“中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)”(V2.5)分析月經(jīng)過少方藥使用特色,建立規(guī)范的用藥體系,為本病在臨床用藥時起到一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze, excavate, explore and analyze the data of ancient literature, modern literature and clinical medical records, and to analyze the experience, regularity and prescription characteristics of treating menorrhagia, so as to play a guiding role in the clinical use of drugs. So as to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of menstrual insufficiency. Method 1: 1. Based on the medical records of menorrhagia, a database of prescriptions was established. The clinical information collected from medical records is processed by language standardization. The data analysis of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is carried out by means of Chinese Medicine inheritance and Assistance system (V2.5). Statistics of the frequency of drugs associated with menorrhagia, and analysis of the treatment of menorrhagia of the four drugs, five flavors and return to the meridian. The common drug pairs were screened by the rule of prescription, and the correlation analysis was carried out on the basis of them. By using the improved mutual information method of software to analyze the correlation degree between traditional Chinese medicines, the entropy cluster of complex system is used to select the core combination of 3-4 kinds of drugs, and the new prescriptions that may appear are analyzed to further guide the clinical use of drugs. The result is 1: 1. Establish a database of prescription drugs for menorrhagia. The common prescriptions and drugs for menorrhagia were analyzed by using the analysis tool of "Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant system" (V2.5). The common drugs were found to be tonifying medicine, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating qi medicine, mostly being warm, sweet taste, entering liver, spleen, kidney meridian; Through the improved mutual information method and the statistical analysis based on the entropy clustering method of complex systems, the core combination and the new combination are obtained. Conclusion: this study through the establishment of menstrual insufficiency prescription database, the use of "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance system" (V2.5) analysis of menstrual insufficiency prescription characteristics, to establish a standardized medication system, for this disease in clinical medication plays a certain guiding significance.
