【摘要】：大腿部位的腧穴是董氏奇穴之精華部位,該處的布穴蘊含河圖五行布局模式、中醫(yī)開合樞的原理以及全息律的特點,董氏奇穴不同于十二經(jīng)穴,但在穴位的分布以及主治方面和十二經(jīng)穴亦有一定的聯(lián)系。文章試將十四經(jīng)穴與董氏奇穴在大腿部位的穴位分布、主治規(guī)律加以比較總結(jié)。筆者認為與現(xiàn)行的針灸教科書排穴不同,董氏奇穴布穴以分部為主,尤其在大腿部位,不按十二經(jīng)分布走向設置腧穴,而強調(diào)機體橫向部位的密切聯(lián)系,在一定程度上,董氏奇穴大腿部的設穴彌補了傳統(tǒng)十二經(jīng)穴在膝、肘以上部位較膝、肘關(guān)節(jié)以下穴位主治應用范圍窄的不足,臨證時二者�？梢韵嗷パa充,以提高療效。
[Abstract]:The acupoints in the thigh part are the essence of Dong's Qi points, and the points in this area contain the layout pattern of the river map and the five elements, the principle of opening and closing the pivot of traditional Chinese medicine and the characteristics of the holographic law. The Dong's Qi points are different from the twelve meridian points. However, the distribution of acupoints and the main treatment and twelve meridian points also have a certain relationship. This paper compares and summarizes the distribution of acupoints of 14 meridians and Dong's Qi points in the thigh and the law of main treatment. The author thinks that different from the current acupuncture textbook, Dong Shiqi points are mainly distributed in different parts, especially in the thigh, instead of setting acupoints according to the distribution of the twelve meridians, the author emphasizes the close connection of the horizontal parts of the body, to a certain extent. The points in the large leg of Dong's Qi point make up for the deficiency of the traditional twelve meridian points in the knee and above the elbow and the narrow application range of the acupoints below the elbow joint. The two points can often complement each other in order to improve the curative effect.
