【摘要】：四十年前,遼寧中醫(yī)學(xué)院(現(xiàn)遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué))組胚教研室的宋繼美老師首先提出皮膚肥大細(xì)胞與經(jīng)穴現(xiàn)象相關(guān)的假說,認(rèn)為肥大細(xì)胞可能是經(jīng)穴"感傳"和"得氣"現(xiàn)象的細(xì)胞學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。后經(jīng)多個(gè)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的獨(dú)立實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,先后有上百篇中英文相關(guān)科研論文發(fā)表,近年有多項(xiàng)國家針灸課題聚焦肥大細(xì)胞研究,目前已經(jīng)有足夠證據(jù)表明肥大細(xì)胞的確在經(jīng)穴的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上起著十分重要的作用。據(jù)此,肥大細(xì)胞與經(jīng)穴關(guān)系的假說被命名為"宋氏理論"(Song's Theory),此理論將繼續(xù)指導(dǎo)針灸基礎(chǔ)研究和臨床應(yīng)用探索。文章簡要介紹了"宋氏理論"提出的時(shí)代背景和遼寧中醫(yī)學(xué)院研究人員的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Forty years ago, Song Jimei, from the embryo Teaching and Research Department of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine (now Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine), first put forward the hypothesis that skin mast cells are related to the phenomenon of Meridian acupoints. It is suggested that mast cells may be the cytological basis of the phenomenon of "sensory transmission" and "qi acquisition" at meridian points. After being verified by independent experiments conducted by many scientific research institutions, hundreds of related scientific papers in both Chinese and English have been published. In recent years, there have been many national acupuncture projects focusing on mast cell research. There is enough evidence that mast cells indeed play an important role in the structure and function of the meridians. Therefore, the hypothesis of the relationship between mast cells and meridian points is named Song's Theory, which will continue to guide the basic research and clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion. This paper briefly introduces the background of Song's Theory and the contributions of researchers in Liaoning College of traditional Chinese Medicine.
