【摘要】：目的:觀察中藥周期療法聯(lián)合熱敏灸治療青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血的臨床療效。方法:選取2013年4月—2015年4月本院婦科門診診治的青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者86例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組43例。治療組給予中藥周期療法聯(lián)合熱敏灸治療,對(duì)照組給予戊酸雌二醇聯(lián)合甲羥孕酮序貫周期治療。結(jié)果:兩組止血療效比較,治療組有效率為93.02%,對(duì)照組有效率為76.74%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組調(diào)經(jīng)療效比較,治療組有效率為90.70%,對(duì)照組有效率為72.09%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中藥周期療法聯(lián)合熱敏灸治療青春期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血臨床療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: from April 2013 to April 2015, 86 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into treatment group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with heat sensitive moxibustion and the control group was treated with sequential cycle therapy of estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone. Results: compared with the two groups, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02 and the control group was 76.74, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05), the treatment group was 90.70%, the control group was 72.09, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: cycle therapy combined with heat sensitive moxibustion is effective in the treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage.
