【摘要】：目的:文中探討毫火針對(duì)淺層腰背肌肉疼痛的臨床療效。方法:通過觀察毫火針、推拿、常規(guī)體針三種不同方法治療淺層腰背肌肉疼痛患者的療效,分析毫火針治療淺層腰背肌肉疼痛的優(yōu)異之處。結(jié)果:毫火針治療淺層腰背肌肉疼痛在治療時(shí)間和次數(shù)上較推拿、常規(guī)體針有顯著優(yōu)異性,在進(jìn)針點(diǎn)的選取、操作的簡(jiǎn)便性、鎮(zhèn)痛效果也有其獨(dú)到之處。結(jié)論:毫火針對(duì)淺層腰背肌肉疼痛的治療操作過程不拘于穴,只是通過按壓尋找痛點(diǎn),簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué),是臨床上值得推廣的治療手段之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of neufire on superficial lumbar back muscle pain. Methods: through observing the curative effect of three different methods of acupuncture, massage and routine body acupuncture in the treatment of superficial lumbar dorsal muscle pain, the excellent points of the treatment of superficial lumbar dorsal muscle pain were analyzed. Results: the treatment time and times of superficial lumbar dorsal muscle pain by Needle Needle was better than that by massage, and the routine body acupuncture had remarkable superiority. The selection of needle entry point, the simplicity of operation, and the analgesic effect were also unique. Conclusion: the treatment of superficial lumbar back muscle pain by neufire is simple and easy to learn. It is one of the treatment methods worth popularizing in clinic.
